I’ve been using Assurance for the past 3 years at my home for various issues around my house, and in every situation they have always been prompt, communicative, backed up their work, and always sent over quality technicians that have performed the job right the first time. I recently had an issue where a day after some gas line repairs were performed, my water heater pilot went out unexpectedly and I was unable to get it restarted - I notified Assurance of the problem and they sent a tech out the same morning to warranty their work and got everything operational again at no charge. Outstanding service from Assurance Plumbing and Heating. Damien Nez was our technician, and he was excellent from start to finish: punctual, professional, and courteous. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained clearly what was wrong and what it would take to fix, and completed the repair efficiently at a very reasonable price. No upselling, no surprises. Highly recommend Assurance and Damien in particular. We'll definitely use them again.
