After working with Gibby for over a year, I'm astounded by the transformation in my body. I have experienced various degrees of tension, pain, and structural blockage most of my life, intensified by over 30 years as a professional opera singer. Every session with Gibby is a revelation, as we explore new levels of balance, stability, and freedom. I'm impressed not only by her skill and knowledge, but also her insight and compassion. I have been a client since 2006! I was once on the cover of Rolf Magazine, being Rolfed by Steve Hancoft at Machu Picchu! I am in my 50's and work as an international guide, hiking , kayaking, glacier guide. Intense physical work so when I am home I always go to Rolfing Flagstaff for a tune up! A session or 3 every year to maintain my physical abilities.
I have been Rolfed from Switzerland to Argentina. Rolfing Flagstaff is easily the best rolfers I have experienced.

Before coming to Gibby, I had utilized massage, chiropractic, and physical therapy to help maintain my functional movement. My job as a flight nurse puts me in physically demanding circumstances and while the other therapies were useful, I was still looking for relief of pain (neck, shoulder, back, and leg) within a modality that would promote healthy movement vs just treatment of chronic issues. I was looking for a new approach to what I had already been treating for an extended period of years.
