Life-changing! I had broken my foot about a week prior, while packing my belongings to move across the country solo. My wrist was also in intense pain. I had discovered Stuck while passing through Phoenix, and made a detour specifically through Flagstaff to have an acupuncture treatment. Nox is from another planet, as in, out of this world! I was having an extremely difficult time relaxing (to say the least), and within 15 minutes, she had me grounded. She is austere, focused and unbelievably perspicacious. Acupuncture and Nox have changed my life. I severely broke my foot 7 years ago and after trying just about everything, I accepted that I would live in chronic pain and limited mobility due to severe arthritis. I started seeing Nox 2 years ago - 6 months after doing monthly treatments the mobility in my foot came back completely. A year after treatments, I am basically pain free. I work outdoors, typically hiking 100 miles in a week, and would not be able to do this without acupuncture. I now go to acupuncture to treat anxiety, stress, and any other body tension. We are so fortunate to have Stefani and community acupuncture in our community!I have been going to Stuck for several years now for a variety of conditions including physical injuries from knee pain and nerve damage to stress and asthma.What I appreciate the most is how she takes the time to listen, and to also listen to what my body is saying.
