He is responsive and thorough, shows up when he says he will, and provides clear expectations and frequent updates. Joe is personable and creative. It is clear he loves what he does and takes pride in his work. We interviewed several companies for our landscaping project, and Lowe's Landscaping provided the most comprehensive plan, the most reasonable timeframe for completion, and they listened to what was important to us. From our first meeting to the project completion, they were delightful to work with.
