Just left Flagstaff a few days ago and left with a GLOWING IMPRESSION of Gregory Emerson and Emerson Cleaning. Was up the hill this past weekend to help my daughter move from one apartment to another which should have been a slam dunk and no-brainer. BUT BUT...given the scarcity of living spaces and the high cost of them sometimes decisions are made that need to be reviewed and checked again. The apartment we were moving into was a sub-lease arrangement where daughter was pick up the existing contract/lease from the current renter. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Gregory and his team are amazing, I couldn't been more happy. They are professional, super detail and so easy to work with. Gregory had great communication before, during and after the service. I had such a bad experience with my last cleaning lady. Being that I am from out-of-state and all communication were done through emails and phone calls it was hard for me to find someone I could trust. With Gregory that was not the case, he made me feel comfortable and gave me peace of mind. I called last minute and he was able to schedule me in the following day. The place was tidy in no time. I'm so lucky to have found Gregory and his team.
