Haven Health Flagstaff is a reputable healthcare facility that provides high-quality service and care to its residents. The staff, including healthcare workers, administrative staff, and environmental services team, work together to create a warm, clean, and patient-friendly environment. The team is caring, compassionate, and dedicated to providing the best possible care and rehabilitation services.
My stay for physical therapy was comfortable and helpful. All the staff were kind and always there looking after you. Their motivation and and great phyicilty made it a good safe environment. I enjoyed and will others about this place. They need more CNA like Sonya, professional, cleaners and top of her tasks.
My experience at Haven Health of Flagstaff was great! I have never been in a rehabilitation center and I was afraid that first night, but Sonia Vanessa and Eugene made me feel at home. Everything I asked for they did with a smile. They have such a pleasant attitude. They were on top of things very organized. Vanessa always remembered my almond milk in the fridge before I even asked for it. She would heat it up so it wouldn’t make my oatmeal cold. (Since I was lactose intolerant) Thank you Vanessa. Gene is caring and attentive to patients needs.

My Stay in Haven Health was a good experience and they took good care of me when I stayed there. Candace and Eugene and Vanessa took care of me Greatly. Oh can’t forget Amber she did a great job with taking care of me too, Plus John to for getting me back on Feet again thanks for helping me with everything Haven Health staff members…Keep up the good work
