At the recommendation of a friend, I started going to proof pt about a year ago. I had a few pain and mobility complaints, most of which were years old.The big problem was that I could not enjoy the activities and challenges that make me happy. This was about a month after going across the street, getting X-rays, and no treatment plan from them.At my first appt, Dr Jordan listened intently to my concerns and my goals. I have only good things to say about Proof. The experience and the results were excellent.I went to Proof 2x/wk for a bad lower back (recovering from 3 fractures, complicated by osteoporosis). My physician had recommended either Proof or one of the large practices in Flagstaff. I chose Proof and am so glad I did.They focus on (1) making the experience personal, customized, and enjoyable; and (2) achieving meaningful results (‘proof’ the PT is working), as opposed to just checking boxes and sending you on your way. Proof PT is the BEST place in town! It’s the best physical therapy experience I have ever had. Their attention to what my goals were made it such a positive experience. Thank you to Dr. Jordan and the whole crew!
