Yin Yoga with Morgan was absolutely wonderful! She is a very caring, present, and anchored guide. I could feel her kind presence holding space for deep stillness and loving inquiry. Morgan’s class offered a balance of stillness and silence paired with careful guidance into postures that are just right for your body. The studio space is beautiful, clean, and inspiring. I highly recommend checking out Yin Yoga with Morgan at The Yoga Experience. You will leave feeling centered, calm, peaceful, and connected.
It had been 3 years since I’d been at the The Yoga Experience. It was a sweet homecoming of seeing so many old friends! The Sound Journey with Deb Lash is always a powerful experience. I’m so happy to be back!
We had excellent time at The Yoga Experience. The place is located in a quiet downtown area, provides beautiful space for practice. Our instructor was Saleha: very sweet and knowledgeable, the pace of the class was rather rigorous which I liked a lot.
