Long time local business. I called the office the morning of Christmas eve for possible repair. Jordan (the on call tech) reached out to me with in 10 minutes while he was on his way to another call. After chatting with him for a couple of minutes he advised me what I thought was a challenging repair turned out to be a simple repair. He actually give me enough tips for me to do the repair my self. Not many people in the repair business is willing to give out tips over the phone.
