I was finally able to get out. So I had my long hair trimmed. Wow it really needed it. My hair Stylist was very courteous and listen to me while we were discussing what/want to be done. She knew exactly what should be done without pushing me for something else. Then I asked for someone to help me choose new my makeup. The colorist listen to what I wanted and showed me choose what I needed. I had required cruelty free brands. I didn't know that there was so many brands which I never experienced that at other beauty clinics. I highly recommend Ultra.

Jesse is amazing, I've been going to her for about a year. She is professional and educational (which is really important to me as I don't know a ton about my own hair). I have lofty hair goals and she always makes it happen! Every time I leave her chair, I get compliments for weeks.

My hair was a mess with gross box dyes and textile dyes, half pink and half black. Jesse was able to make in an all around even copper color, and it didn't take long at all. Very happy with the results!
