I had a carbon monoxide problem with my furnace. Although it wasn’t diagnosed right at first, they chased down parts on warranty and came back twice to fix the issue without extra charges. Extreme honesty!

I contacted Heinrichs to install a chimney liner on my property with a very tall roof. They came out when they said they would and got the job done that other companies were afraid to do. Excellent work!

They were able to help me get the correct filter and even exchanged other filters I bought elsewhere for the correct filters as well. Did I mention they were open the day after Thanksgiving? Will def be back and recommend their services
