I can’t say enough good things about Icy Hot. Came out late one evening on one of the hottest days of the year to diagnose our sudden AC failure and made a temporary fix to get things running again, and then came back a couple of days later and made the final repair. Thanks to them we did not have to suffer in this heat. Highly recommend!
I bought my AC from IcyHot HVAC in 2020, and I’ve stuck with them ever since because they truly deliver every single time. Their team is friendly, professional, and honest about what they find no surprises, no upselling, just real integrity. Their prices are reasonable, their communication is excellent, and they always clean up and leave everything looking perfect when they’re done. They’re the only company I trust for both my AC and furnace maintenance. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable HVAC service.
I had a great experience with this company. They responded incredibly fast when my heater needed repair, which was a huge relief, especially given how important heat is. The technician arrived promptly, was professional, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Everything was handled efficiently, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I really appreciated their responsiveness and quality service—definitely a wonderful experience overall.
