“Went out of town Labor Day weekend and came back to the house with no A/C working and it was 87 inside. I called and they wanted $250 to come out Labor Day so I waited a day when the service call was $89. Brian was on time and it took him about 5 minutes to diagnose a failed capacitor. He explained everything as he was working on it and had it back up in 15 minutes. He also tested the refrigerant and gave it a once over as I have never done any maintenance or had a check up on the unit in 15 years. Got a $40 discount as well. “Where to start? I was in a cold house for 2 days as my furnace went out. I started by purchasing the minor things like the flame ignitor and the heat sensor. None of those were it as it turned out to be the inducer motor. Well, no one had it available, and I called Tri-Town. The lady told me they can have it available in a few hours at a lower price from other places!! Those ladies working there treated me with so much kindness and were so helpful even to the point that when my part arrived they were about to close for the day, and Jane said she will wait for me to pick up the part!! I already spread the word about this place to others..... thank you so much!!!“

Had furnace and air installed 2 years ago, The team who installed were professional, friendly, considerate and very knowledgeable, Left the area as clean as when they came! Rocco came out for the first year check. He was thorough in answering all my questions and very friendly. Even my cat liked him! Today I had a sump pump with backup system installed with their plumber Caleb. He was helpful from the day he came out to asses what was needed, and again today when he installed the system. Explained everything and even gave great insight to the drainage issues around the outside of my house that affect my foundation. I found not only a great HVAC business but a great plumber as well! “Came home after 2 weeks gone working to my house at 48°. I called Oak Creek and they said they would have someone here in a couple of hours. Someone arrived in a half an hour. We had planned on replacing the furnace in spring as it was 30 years old but hoping it would be something simple, it wasn't. They had a whole crew of amazing guys here putting in a new furnace within the hour. Everything looks very professional, neat and clean and I have heat. They also have a qoute for us for the central air unit in spring which we will most definitely have them do. Thanks to everyone that was here today and our pup Mia thanks you too!“

“Our furnace stopped working this week and with a newborn in the house we were looking for prompt service. John, the service tech was out within a few hours and quickly diagnosed the problem. John layed out our options from repair to replace. John was very knowledgeable and professional. We decided replacing the aging furnace was our best option. Josh, the sales rep provided us with multiple options and was very thorough in the process of selecting the best furnace for our needs and considered our budget. A day later Brad and his crew showed up for installation. They worked efficiently, were clean, and even provided us with a space heater for the baby's room for the day. Brad and his crew are the kind of guys you want installing a new furnace. Very pleased all around, and would highly recommend!“

Usually I get a technician in the next day for a service call, but not making any promises for them: that’s just my experience.Multiple calls have been completely paid for with freezer/fridge warranty coverage, so that’s awesome they do that follow-through for the customer. Their pricing is a little below average for the market otherwise for service calls.Technicians are knowledgeable and very nice. Very quick and efficient when I have seen them at work.Understand that they have a receptionist who takes the initial call, and then you will get a call from their repair manager. People are mean on these reviews. Quality kitchen refrigeration and HVAC isn’t ever going to be cheap, people!“
