“I had just lost the nose piece on my glasses and was trying to figure out how to repair them. Stopped in my local Target in Waukesha on Kosow road to do some shopping. I remember that they had an optical department so I thought why not stop and see if they could help me. I went in and asked if they could help me and Bianca who was behind the counter said she could do that and she went in back not only did she replace the one that I lost you replaced the other one as well. And besides that after I asked her if I owed her anything she said that was okay. So great work everybody at the Waukesha Target on Kosow.“

“Have been going to WV for over 25 years with good results, however, my most recent visit to WV was the best experience ever. Went in for new frames and lenses after cataract surgery. I was helped by Radar and she was so helpful and knowledgable. She checked various ways to get the best price and listened to what I said about being light sensitive and suggested a tint for me. She also helped pick frames out for me-never has this happened before! Radar is the best. We need more Radar’s in this world. Sheldon was awesome too when I picked up my glasses and he adjusted them for me. I love his happy personality.“

“I went there last year and had the most amazing customer service rep in Todd and I had two insurances and he worked it out so one would pay for my frames and the other one paid for the remainder and ended up paying hardly anything!! without his expertise, I would've never been able to do that on my own or with others that I tried prior to them!!
