Excellent Experience with Rory!!
Rory was absolutely wonderful to work with! He’s incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly and thoughtfully. His customer focus truly stands out — he’s super friendly, patient, and genuinely cares about providing the best experience possible and he was great on following up and following through! It’s refreshing to work with someone who clearly enjoys what they do and goes the extra mile for their patients. I highly recommend Rory, Dr DeWinter and team at DeWinter Eye-care! 👓👏
Dr. Neilson was great. They need to invest in computers for the people in front. Handwritten orders for glasses is just insane for 2024. It takes way too long. I’ll go back but I’ll never buy glasses from there again.
I've been coming to Dewinter Eyecare for years. Even before they moved to this new spacious facility. I have always found the staff to be helpful, friendly, and efficient. Dr. Dewinter is passionate about providing the best possible eye healthcare. I have always been able to ask questions about the process, the tools, and the results. He is always willing to take time to make sure that I am absolutely comfortable.
