TLC Laser Eye Centers

TLC Laser Eye Centers is North America's largest LASIK provider, having performed over 2.3 million laser eye surgery procedures since its founding nearly 30 years ago. As a leader in LASIK technology, TLC has invested significantly in cutting-edge technology to ensure safety and effectiveness. The TLC Lifetime Commitment program offers qualified patients no-charge, same-technology enhancement procedures for life, available at any of their participating LASIK eye centers across the United States.

Customers often praise the friendly and professional staff, noting the easy and painless process, as well as the immediate improvement in their vision. One customer, after 35+ years in glasses and contacts, said the experience with TLC gave them back the freedom to enjoy family and activities. Another customer expressed happiness with their results, stating their vision is now better than with contacts. However, some reviews mention a wait time due to scheduling issues, though the staff remained helpful.

The procedure is reported to be quick and painless, with a little pressure felt on each eye. One customer emphasized the need for clear communication regarding the sensation of pressure during the procedure. Overall, while the experience was positive, some concerns were raised about the call center's customer service, suggesting a need for better training, especially regarding information about surgeons.
