I had never been to a Target Optical before, and from the personal care & concern of Dr. Levar, to the most patient sales associate Niya and the manager, April, couldn't have been more patient & kind. I'm never going anywhere else!

After experiencing a horrible experience at the Glendale location I found stellar customer service with this location. It took me three attempts to get my lenses corrected at Glendale and on the third attempt with an eye doctor, they cancelled my appointment after making me wait a half hour. While the sales rep who took care of me was very nice and eager to help, you could tell that the store was badly managed. At best most of the staff were indifferent and at worse you could tell that they just didn't care about customer service.
