I can’t talk enough about how nice and friendly the staff is, and our doctor!! I visited them with my husband and daughter, we were all scheduled, and they were very patient, would explain everything (even to my little girl), and advise us. My daughter and I got the additional exam (I forgot the name, but it’s meant to be a more detailed check of eye health), and my daughter wasn’t even scared during the exam. She even told me which part she liked best, lol (the balloon!).They also have many frame choices, my daughter is ecstatic about her Little Pony glasses! And I can’t wait for mine! We were forced to change eye docs due to insurance. So it was kinda scary finding a new place to go. After a bit of looking around and asking questions I picked Shopko Optical. First off, I was very impressed with how I was greeted when I entered. Then I met with the doctor who after having had the same doctor for many years and now having to go to a new doc was a bit scary, she was very professional, easy to talk with, and listened to my history. She did make me feel like just another patient. I felt like I was a long time patient. Super service, Optician was very nice, and Dr Frenske is very professional and very knowledgeable. She gave me more information than my previous doctors had, and I’d recommend this office to anyone. Nice selection of frames. With my insurance allowance, I was happy with the cost of my new glasses selection.
