Of all, John at Hair Experience took the time and effort to make me look my best. He is skilled and has learned every technique imaginable, with expertise far beyond what they teach in the current beauty schools. He is a master cutter, as adept with women's hair as with men's hair.We have moved back to Milwaukee after a 12-year hiatus, and I am happy to be back in John's chair. My wife is also taking advantage of John's talent. Perhaps the "bells and whistles" of the trendoid salons are absent from Hair Experience. Still, if you care about your cut and style and not some toothy receptionist addressing you with vocal fry asking if you want a drink, you will be happy at Hair Experience of Bayview.

I’ve been going to Wade’s, when Wade was still in the banking business. His father started the business originally. It has the small town feel. Wade makes you feel right at home. He’s slowed down a bit but his quality remains. Visiting with him, he’ll tell a few jokes, talk about fishing, discuss world politics or just the local gossip. Almost reminds you of Floyd’s place in Mayberry. A true hidden jewel in West Allis.

At my first appointment, Barber Barbara asked me a few important questions about my likes and dislikes and the rest is history. I show up every 4 weeks, sit in her chair, and leave with a great cut! Every time.

I'll summarize it like this: I was pressed for time and tried a chain haircutting place. My hair looked ok at first, but within 2 weeks it looked horrible. But whenever I go to Frank's, it looks great the day of, and as my hair grows, the cut continues to look good for many weeks after. 'Nuff said!

My good friend recommended to try Natural Glo Boutique for my wedding! I was hesitant because I've always used at-home products to self-tan, but I wanted something nice for my big day. Ashley made me feel comfortable and she gave helpful recommendations for pre and post care. If you have the time for it, I would recommend doing a trial tan. I learned during my trial that I didn't exfoliate well, and I did a better job for my wedding spray tan. I let the tan settle for 3 hours before showering per Ashley's recommendation. I was wondering if I looked TOO tan, but with the way my photographer edits her photos, the results looked beautiful and natural! I got sprayed on that Thursday morning before my Saturday wedding. These are photos from the rehearsal dinner and wedding day!
Very clean place. I was looking for the IR bed/health spa but they di not have it at this location. Disappointed but they have a special so I purchased the tanning special and used their bronzing bed. I'm not looking to tan. I am looking to help with my psoriasis and arthritis. The light and warmth helps ementsly.
I absolutely love this location. Not that the Wauwatosa location is lacking in any way, but this location is absolutely stellar. From the vibe one gets walking into the salon, to the people greeting and getting you the services you desire that day to the beds themselves and the level of care that goes into giving each customer a stellar experience: all exceptional. This is a sanctuary and is the perfect therapy for cloudy winter days, especially. A little bit Vitamin D therapy really does go a long way. You've got my business ❤️
Every time I go to Pro Tan it is always clean and I never a wait to get a tan. A special shout out to Jillian who was very professional and kind to let me tan so close to closing time.

I never experienced a service like this. I’m so happy with my results. My hands feel very light it’s like I have nothing on at all. It is three months later and my nails are still shiny neat and luxurious. I definitely feel Like I have found a nail tech that takes pride in customer service I actually fell asleep a few times during my service very relaxing. I’m so happy, I’ve received so many compliments on my nails. She didn’t rush through our appointment, she took the time to make each nail perfect in shape, length, and design. Best place to get your nails done. I got my wedding nails done by Kara and they were perfect. Exactly what I was looking for and they lasted so long too. I got a gel manicure and she was so patient and kind to me. She does exactly what you ask for and is very gentle as well. I’ve never loved my nails more. I don’t get my nails done often but I’m in love with her work and will always go to her whenever I need them done!?
I love Tanya and Annette, they make me feel at home. I now have moved and live about an hour away but I still make the drive. I'm a loyal customer! They are very reasonable in their prices even though they had to raise them, but still reasonable. I usually get my hair done along with manicure and pedicure when I visit.

Last time I got my nails done at a salon, they looked terrible and fell off after a week even though they costed $120. Well, I'm SUPER impressed by the nails Sophie did for me. Manicures with Neely are absolutely a treat!! She takes her time and it really shows in the professionalism of her work. We all know, if you’re getting a vulnerable place waxed it’s already uncomfortable. Natalia is a talented esthetician and a kind human being. I found her a couple years back when I was in need of a brow wax. She was very close to my house so a simple Google search led me to her. Recently, she moved to a new location. Although it's farther from me (not by much lol), it is totally worth the drive! Her new space is amazing. It's bigger, it has a front desk, a huge room with multiple tables, chairs, couches, a changing area, and absolutely charming decor. Pink, pink, and more pink! Just walking in makes you feel special and girly :) She supplies snacks, sells beauty products, and even has her own merch! I don't have experience with any waxing services other than my eyebrows, but I'm sure Natalia can gently and carefully wax whatever you need. I stopped getting my eyebrows done for a long time because I didn't like the pain... I barely feel anything when she does them! My brows look perfect after every visit. Natalia is very sweet and does a good job at making her clients feel comfortable. She'll chit-chat if you want, or give you a quiet appointment with music playing the background. Her prices are fair and she's flexible with scheduling. Natalia runs a cute, clean, and comfortable business!

Lena at Skin Guru is fabulous. Every time I go in, she is giving attention and care to my needs. Her waxing services are the most gentle I’ve experienced. Skin guru carries the best organic, top of the line skin care products for all skin types. I love the avocado moisturizer for dry skin. I highly recommend the gold hydrating mask as well!

I felt welcome and at ease right when I stepped in to her space. I found her spa blue treatment room to be very comfortable and relaxing. I assumed my appt would be about an hour, but she took the first 20-30 min to have a consult to really hear my skin concerns/needs. Once my facial started, I could immediately tell she is on a different level of expertise than any aesthetician I've seen around here. She is SMART, and an individual truly invested in continued learning within her field. She was full of knowledge and offered informative insights into skincare and products for the duration of my treatment. She uses the Face Reality line which is pregnancy safe and highly effective at a very fair price point. My skin felt and looked hydrated and plump after my facial. I cannot wait to go back! One thing I loved is she's no frills when recommending products - so often you feel pressured to buy things or mislead on what products are right for you, but I felt completely confident in her recommendations. Got lash extensions here on Saturday 10/19 and the owner Maureen was such a delight. I enjoyed the intimate setting of the salon, it was very comfortable. I wanted natural extensions but still some length to give me an everyday pretty feel and Maureen absolutely nailed it! Usually my eyes are so irritated but I experienced minimal irritation. The set feels so lightweight. I appreciate the lash after care kit I received, the instructions were clear. These def elevate my look and make me feel like a million bucks. Will def be back and would 10/10 recommend

First I'll say that she is very patient I was having trouble paying my deposit and needed to reschedule and she was patient with me the whole time.... When I was finally able to go to my appointment it was easy to find the location very open and spacious! I came 2 and 1/2 hours to have my lashes done by her, I went in and she got right to work! She made light conversation but overall just let you sit and enjoy the service. I definitely will be back It was worth the two and a half hour drive!

Tattoo artist Courtney was amazing. She designed and tattooed my arm and it turned out perfect. I was also given quality aftercare instructions. She was so nice too. I parked on the street (no meter) and am not sure if there's public parking lots available nearby. The shop was beautiful and clean, but there are steep stairs to get in the front door. If I could leave more than 5 stars I absolutely would. Jon is excellent. I've had several tattoos done (age 74 NO PROBLEM) and he does a wonderful job. It is a pleasant experience. He is a really interesting guy and does great work! I'm leaving photos of 2 of my tattoos (so excellent). I'll write again when he has finished the next one. He is a brilliant artist, takes the time to listen to what you are trying to achieve and the end result is always great!
I have now had multiple large pieces done by Mike. My first large half sleeve was a 6 hour sit and it went very well. The process itself wasn't painful and Mike's personality makes chatting throughout comfortable and makes the time pass faster. a few years later and my tattoo has barely faded and looks great still, the quality and artistry is fantastic. Looking forward to going back for the next part of the current sleeve I am working on.
I have been throwing around the idea of getting more ink for a while, hand-wringing over who to go to. I finally settled on Good Land based on friends recommendations. My guy was Ryan Friedel. I'm SOOOO happy with his work. Crisp lines, and really fantastic shading. I have to go back next week for more work, and plan on giving Ryan (or Ben/Mark) my business for years to come.
Did a half sleeve for me in two sittings. Amazing dude and amazing artist. He’s done tattoos for multiple family members and Jeremy always delivers. Highly recommend! I’ll be coming back to finish the rest of my sleeve 1000%. I don’t trust anybody else. Jeremy is the goat.
I got exactly the tattoo I wanted from Greg. His shop was extremely clean and he was very easy to talk to. It is apparent that he loves what he does and takes great pride in doing a fabulous job. Edwards Electric team were excellent. Have used them several times in the past. Most recently they assessed lighting requirements in two bathrooms and made suggestions. They installed lighting, switches and enclosed the area properly. Also, traced and identified several items in our electrical panel. They are very Covid-19 conscious when working in your home. I purchased the newest top of the line, Consumer Report’s highest rated Maytag front loading washer with pedestal. With COVID customers buying all the stock and Whirlpool/Maytag at highest tilt, we waited a long time. When installed and used we were extremely pleased. However, in Spring of ‘21 we noticed no soap was entering the machine, but water was entering the dispenser.We called the store and they apologetically said we had to call Whirlpool, switched to Maytag, then finally an appointment date several weeks later.Diamond Appliance sent two technicians on May 7th for over two hours and they finally ordered a part. Part was installed, but not tested June 4th. Still had a problem. On June 21st another Diamond Tech came locked, but couldn’t unlock the door nor diagnose the problem.Called Ritzman who finally had Clay from Appliance Masters come to diagnose, identify the problem, correct the problem - no parts needed - and got the machine running 100 percent in an hour.Appliance Masters are professionals you can rely on!Service: Washing machine repair

We moved into a house that had a A LOT of spiders, ants, some centipedes and a mouse or two. After their first visit we noticed a difference, and now after a few more seasonal visits, the difference is night and day. Steve is a licensed, certified master technician who is very reasonable and uses pet safe chemicals. He also knows a lot about insects and animals, explaining their behaviors and how it impacts his approach. Our neighbors go to him as well.

They pressure washed our mildewy patio and lannon stone retaining walls, which were black! Would have taken me a month with my piddly little pressure washer. Devon was great, very thorough, and he did a few little extras that really made a difference. The patio looks like new and the stone work is pristine! Soooo happy!! Hoping these guys will be back to do some sodding in our front yard. Will review that, as well.

Highly, highly recommend! I come from a trades background and am fairly picky when it comes to work on my property. They exceeded all my expectations. I hired them to replace my old, rotting RR tie retaining wall with a block one. Also re-grade and seed my front yard. First off, Dave the operations manager was responsive and professional throughout the entire process. Its obvious he's been doing this for awhile and knows his stuff. Same with the install crew. They did an outstanding job on all aspects of the project. They had all the right equipment for the work. They were on time, hard working, and respectful of both my property and my neighbor's (The wall is on the property line). The block wall isnt tall, only about 2 feet, but it is long. Around 100'. Its laser-straight and perfectly flat along the entire thing. The re-grade and seed also looks great. Nice and flat, even, and slopes down nicely. I really cannot recommend them enough. Thanks again to Dave and the entire crew that made this labor intensive job look easy!
We are a plowing customer and our business was not plowed immediately this morning. This was a snowfall that was higher than expected. We called and left a message. My experience with Dr. Kraklow was more than I could have hoped for. He is so meticulous in every step of the process. I had my entire upper arch, every tooth, redone with all new crowns. I had no pain, which was a huge concern for me. Dr. Kraklow made sure I was comfortable through the entire process (we even had some laughs along the way). My temporaries looked almost like the finished product and I was not embarrassed to smile. The turn around time for these crowns was fast and efficient and Dr. Kraklow made sure all of my appointments were scheduled even before we started the process. I was so excited to have my new crowns and insertion day was a breeze and so fast. The next thing I knew I was looking at a beautiful brand new smile, one I always wanted. Thanks to Dr. Kraklow, I now have a picture perfect smile.

Dr. Grams is amazing! I recently had some injections completed with Dr. Grams. This was my first experience and Dr. Grams made it as painless as possible. She made me feel very comfortable. She definitely took years off my face, and boosted my confidence.
My family has been patients of Dr Hamilton for over 15 years and the care has always been exceptional. During one of my first visits I shared my long standing fear of dentists. He reassured me that he would do everything he could to ensure that my treatments would be as pain free as possible. From that day to this one ( I actually saw him today ?) I have never had a painful treatment or disappointing experience. He, as well as his wonderful and friendly office staff have made my dental visits like visiting an old friend.

I'm 69 years old and I had two infected teeth pulled yesterday. I was miserable and so anxious and fearful and those teeth did not come out easy but I experienced not a bit of pain, no discomfort at all. Amazing! No swelling and only minimal bleeding. I walked out with a smile on my face. I cannot believe it! The staff was so kind and helpful. These folks are very professional and today is like a normal day. I slept like a baby last night. I am so glad I went to Major. I needed an oral surgeon and a dentist under the same roof. I wanted them to be convenient and they have a beautiful office. It is a pleasure to go there. Dental work is very expensive so take care of your teeth and see your dentist regularly.
I been with Dr. Kronz for the past couple of years and he helped me alot with dealing with my sciatica. He and his staff ( wonderful ladies) are so nice and friendly to me that's it hard not to come back. They keep in touch with me if I'm gone to long and make sure how I am. Especially I missed her former Regina who was so friendly and caring as well. I definitely recommend him to anyone who his treatment.
Highly recommend both Dr. Pope and Dr. Danny! I called here on a Saturday in desperate pain hoping that someone could help me and luckily Dr. Pope was able to squeeze me in that day to help with my horrible back pain. I started feeling much better after my first adjustment with Dr. Pope, then had another adjustment with Dr. Danny a couple days later and now my pain is down to a 2/10 from a 9/10. The front desk staff are wonderful as well! If you're in pain, don't hesitate to call Pope Chiropractic. You'll be surprised at how affordable and effective their chiropractic care is!

Dr.Scott have done magic for me ! I had a horrible jaw pain after the car accident. It was very hard for me to open my mouth, eat, yawn, etc. Every day I was suffering with headaches as well for 6 months.
Nothing helped. I tried physical therapy, special exercises, dry needling, acupuncture!
Dr. Scott helped me , within 3 month I was pain free. The staff at the clinic also is very nice and friendly!

This place has literally given me new life. The milwaukee va was talking about fusing my neck and spine until I asked if they offered any other options. I was in extreme pain everyday and could barely walk, from injuries sustained through out my time in the Marine corps. All I wanted is to give my kids the things I never had (3 and 8 year old) so I had a disney trip plan. I met Dr. J just three weeks before the magical trip where I was likely to have to spend majority of the two week trip confined to a wheel chair. After the consult he was sure that I would benefit from the appointments. I was skeptical but took the risk. While in Florida I was on my feet for three them parks almost 9 hours each day. I continue to see him at least once a week for 15 minutes sessions and have gotten my life back. I can handle all my household and work obligations along with able to ride my motorcycle again, and most importantly get to create more memories with my children. Dr. J has a fun personality and is incredibly flexible. He even came in on his day off when I called and said I was having pain. In my neck. My experience over the last 2 and a half years has been amazing. He has become an essential part of my life and is considered a dear friend. Please before you let someone cut you open give ultimate life chiropractic a try! It could possibly improve your life as dramatically as it has improved mine. If I could give it ten stars I would!

I get the sense that Dr Ranicke cares a great deal about his patients (me). That matters to me. Good vibes. He's a thorough and dedicated chiropractor, not like some others I've seen who rushed me in and out and left me cold. Just today, I returned to the doctor again for a newly developed condition. He seems optimistic that treatment will clear it up. Will re-post once treatment is completed.Follow-up: My treatment is completed and I'm happy to report that I feel great again! Dr Ranicke cleared up my "crooked back" sensation the first week and continued to correct a few other kinks along the way. My very painful obliques and lower abdominal muscles took longer to recover -- which is typical of soft tissue damage. The doctor also used trigger-point therapy, transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS), infrared light, and ultrasound -- and a cozy warm and relaxing vibrating massage table. I'm very grateful to Dr Ranicke. He's an extraordinary healer. My thanks to Kim Ranicke too. :)

The staff are always very helpful. I was able to go to the exam room with my dog which helped decrease her anxiety. The vet tech was very informative about the reason for my scheduled appointment. Everyone is super friendly and extremely helpful. We had the unfortunate “final” visit and they made the process more bearable. Dr. Gabriella Henthorn was very kind and patient with us. She laid out the facts very clear while still being empathetic and also took the time to provide comfort. I wouldn’t want to go through that again but if I had to, I would go back to her.
The staff is kind and personable as well as the vets. I made an urgent appointment on the weekend right before they closed. The vet quickly diagnosed my cat with a urinary blockage and confirmed that he needed immediate surgery. We took our cat to a 24 hour emergency vet hospital for surgery. She saved our cats life.

I've been taking my cat here for 4 years and she is doing really well do I do trust the doctors. Typically staff have been extremely kind and helpful, but there are some things I'd like to mention that needs addressing.
I care about my cat A LOT. She has always gone to her scheduled annuals (never missed and and I don't even think she had been late except this last time). I adopted her during COVID so I would wait in the parking lot and the techs would come get her. It worked out smoothly. The only issue was that I was unable to bring her in for emergencies (anal glands or when she had a cold a couple of times) because the receptionist(s) told me that I had to go elsewhere such as Mayfair due to not having any room for me. I continued to go to Mayfair over the last 4 years until this last instance. I did take her to get some teeth extracted and cleaned at CVC, though, in a timely fashion. These things are not cheap, but I want her to be healthy.
I received a notification in the mail at the end of September that my cat was due (what I thought said October 25) October 18. I called on October 22 or 23rd and you guys were booked out until December. I called the next day because I noticed her anal glands were leaky and she seemed to be in a small amount of pain (eating a little less than normal/sleepy). I figured that I would try to get in with you because I've been coming here for 4 years and it seems odd that I can't get in emergency visits ever when I am a longtime and consistent patient. (The receptionist had mentioned that there were same day appointments when I called to schedule the appt that ended up in December.)
This is where things went downhill. I called the day after I made the annual appointment to grab an emergency appointment (see if there were any openings) for the anal glands. The receptionist came across as though I was an inconvenience and negligent stating that this is not something they do, that I have an overdue exam and need to be current in order to be seen and that they were doing me a courtesy by allowing me this one time to get in the next day. There were two times available in the afternoon. I was at work, working with children and did not want to argue. I said thank you and moved on although very perturbed.
I went in for the appointment which took about 4-5 minutes and asked if patients need to have appointments scheduled before the due date of the exam or if they are able to call before the due date to schedule in order to be seen moving forward. The vet tech interrupted my question to the receptionists (these were not the person I spoke with on the phone because I could tell by the ladies' voices and they were super kind/soft spoken). The vet tech told me that my pet needs to know the vet, that I need to come in for my appointments and I can't just call when there is an emergency. This was off-putting, but I tried to understand that maybe she had a busy day and was speaking quickly not realizing that there were assumptions in her answer that 1. my cat doesn't have an established relationship with the vet and 2. that I call only for emergencies and am always late for my appointments or don't schedule regularly at all. Eventually I explained this to her and refuted every assumption she had about me and she said that I was fine and she hopes no one made me feel like an inconvenience.
I am hoping that the ability to schedule at the appointments will alleviate this, but I might suggest that the receptionists/techs view a patients records before assuming that they put off their appointments, only call for emergencies, etc. and perhaps refrain from stating that they are making an exception and this is unacceptable. Even if I had called the first day I received the mailer, I still would have been overdue because you're booking 2 months out. This experience made me very sad because I actually really have enjoyed coming here and feel like my cat is receiving gre

I have a bengal and was very anxious about the anesthesia as bengals and other special breeds can have life threatening sensitivities, but the vet and staff were SO gentle with me and compassionate about my concerns. I know when clinics put out a high level of volume for their services that it can sometimes feel like a McDonaldization of the procedure, but this clinic had me in tears of relief over how kind they were to both me and my cat. They are worth every mile, every penny, every frustratingly full schedule that you have to squeeze yourself into if you’re lucky. They’re so worth it.
Such awesome staff! Never seen Zak jump and bark so excited to be in daycare. Love the daily report cards and LOVE the fact that our pups daycare includes daily training and trick of the day.We moved out of bay view but will continue to bring him here as the experience and service is just worth it.Last, I have had a peace of mind since Zak began attending bay view bark. In summary we changed Zak from a franchise daycare (central bark) due to bad service and behavior changes in Zak…… I can tell bay view bark cares as they made sure to give me a virtual tour of the facility with the option to attend an open house, they made sure they over communicated with me to assure me all the care and training pups get before I enrolled Zak…... And since the switch I can see a drastic change in Zak’s behavior. He is much more brave, confident, and at ease when home. Zak is given his treats, lots of love, and lunch packed by us daily. I honestly love all the bay view bark team and Julia whom helped Zak be his sweet and brave self again.Ty bay view bark team <3
I have a very nervous German Shepherd when it comes to cutting her nails and they desperately needed to be done. I took her there based on all the positive reviews and I wasn't disappointed! Although it definitely wasn't easy to do, her nails look great!

I was in town for the Marathon this past weekend and realized my Airbnb was two doors down from the studio. Stumbled upon their listing of free hot yoga classes on Saturday and my crazy brain thought…Why not??♂️ Despite competing a marathon just a couple hours before. Well I must say the instructor student did a fantastic job and help get a kickstart on my marathon recovery? Great staff and good energy from the class too! On my next trip to Milwaukee I will definitely be hitting up another session here!!!

I’ve only been to the yoga for vets class which is free for veterans. It’s at 10am every Wednesday morning. Linda is very accommodating to everyone no matter how much, or little, yoga they’ve done.

Wasn’t sure what to expect when I started. But I have a neck issue and I wanted to try yoga as a final resort before recommended surgery. I started with a beginner pack trial run and was hooked immediately. I enjoy all the instructors and the timing of classes are great and inclusive. The studio is welcoming and is a great fit for beginners and yogis alike. Huge shout out to Sarah for her killer “sound tracks” she makes for each session! It’s so cool and really makes it fun!
Only yoga studio in Milwaukee that does 90 minute Bikram yoga classes multiple times per week. The heat, humidity, and positive energy I feel from this small studio and its instructors have me feeling energized and looking forward to the next time I get practice here again. All instructors are friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about yoga and health.
I had been seeing a chiropractor a few times per week for bulging disc issues for a few years. After a few months of regular practice here I no longer feel the need to go to the chiropractor nearly as much.
A+. Visited town for 24 hrs, needed yoga. Googled it. Found it. Booked it. Did it. Loved it. Eric’s is awesome. 30 min hot yoga was just right!

I scheduled an appointment with Jay after my regular therapist left the area. Now, I'm wishing I had been going to Jay all along. My first visit was honestly the best massage I've ever had. I lost count of how many knots got worked out. Jay was friendly and professional, and he definitely knows his stuff. His studio is clean, open and inviting. I will definitely be back.

Wonderful experience. Clean, professional, timely, knowledgeable. I paid for a 90 minute deep tissue and La even spent an extra 10 minutes at the end in some tough spots in my back. She can do a lot of pressure and she knows how to get into any area that might need attention. For me specifically my scapula muscles needed attention and she was able to position and work into the area.

Ed Schuster has been my healer for the past two years. He strives to find what is blocked, causing pain, or preventing movement in my frozen shoulder. He answers my many questions and provides me with exercises to do at home with the items I have. I am just about healed. I will continue to seek Ed's care when needed. I initially sought out care for a rotator cuff issue after an ortho surgeon suggested I move forward with surgery. I thought it was worth my time to try physical therapy first, and I'm very glad I chose VITA to assist with the issue. I worked with Brad and Andy for almost 3 months and with their expertise and encouragement on my not-so-good days, the issue has resolved. I have had to seek out PT care throughout the years and have been to facilities here in Milwaukee as well as around the country. This truly is the best I have come across. They offer individualized care and have a wide arsenal of techniques to make you well. I have seen all ages and fitness levels here too and never have felt out of place. Everyone who works at VITA seems to have a lot of knowledge and are always pleasant including the front desk employees. The insurance billing process has been good too. I have had such a good experience that I have now signed up for some personal training, and I look forward to a stronger me in the future. If you're on the fence about seeking out PT care or improving your fitness, I highly recommend VITA for everyone!
