They were jerks. They did an adequate job for the most part, but then, when I called to ask them to come fix a leak in their work, they interrogated me on what I call a leak. Pretty simple really. Water comes out where it ain't supposed to! I couldn't believe it when I found myself debating with a plumber about whether or not they left a leak. They came back to fix it, but they were grumpy and sullen at that point. They probably needed someone to send them to their rooms until they were ready to be nice again.

Apparently, Knauer is still in business and hasn't even tried to make things right with my situation. All I'm asking for as a proper industry standard invoice. Based on all the other reviews I can see that I'm not alone. LOL Internet. Told ya!

Knauer Plumbing didn't do anything requested or promised. As an elderly person, I needed an extra-tall toilet. I called, spoke with Jennifer, placed the order for that, and confirmed it verbally. When the plumber showed up, he installed the product they gave him to install; however, I could not oversee the project given my disability. After he left, I discovered he had installed a toilet of the exact same height with a flush lever on the wrong side of the tank. I called to let Jennifer to advise her of the mistake in the order. She told me it would be a 6-month wait to get the right toilet and that I should just forget it. Since neither my disability nor my bank account...read full review
