I hired Appleton Electrical Contracting to do some electrical work on May 19th of 2022 In Milwaukee, Wisconsin. They are located at 1130 W Walnut St, Milwaukee, WI 53205After scheduling a date and time they told me was available, they later called and said that that date and time needed to be changedI finally met with the electrician, who was 25 minutes late. After 2 to 3 minutes, without any investigation, he told me the cost would be $270. He also told me that whether the job took 10 minutes or 2 hours the price would be the same. We are a home care business and our bathroom light fixture burned out. Our regular electrician never called back (probably thought it was too small of a job). So we called Appleton Electrical and they came out next day and fixed the issue right away! The team were all wearing masks and were professional, polite and courteous. Excellent customer service! The technician was able to swiftly and cleanly install a dedicated 240v outlet in my garage. A staff that is extremely professional, informed, and capable! The pricing was reasonable, and I was able to schedule an appointment for the following day right after the estimate. Appleton Electrical Contracting will undoubtedly be used again in the future.
