I love this spa but I do get frustrated that they come get clients at their appointment time, review preferences, and do not start the service until maybe 10-15 minutes after the appointment time. Then they end a few minutes before the service time so you’re paying for an 80 minute massage when you really end up getting maybe 65 minutes. It’s happened several times here so just be aware!
I’ve been going to this Neroli location for almost 4 years now and have always had a lovely experience. I mainly attribute this to Jessi, who is the only one I will see for my facials! Jessi is so experienced and knowledgeable, and I have learned a lot from her about the best skincare for my personalized needs. She also has such a calming and kind presence, so I always feel so relaxed and comfortable throughout my appointment. I’m so grateful to have found Jessi at Neroli and can’t wait to see her again soon!!
