At this point, I can't imagine having anyone other than owner Denise Steele cut my hair. She's guided me through so many fabulous cuts and colors! She's passionate about hair and gets pretty nerdy if you get her going about the science of color or what's coming next in style trends; I love to pick her brain! At Amity she's curated a cozy and chill space that I'm always excited to visit, filled with plants, light, and chill vibes. I honestly could watch the aquarium for hours, and I've told her so! I don't know if she's taking new clients, but if you can swing by the salon for a peek at this dreamy space in Bay View, you won't be disappointed.
I have recently moved to the Milwaukee area and was looking for a talented stylist for my wispy thin yet wavy hair and after a few missteps with another salon, I finally found exactly what I was looking for at Amity Loft! Shannon knew EXACTLY how to shape my hair into the perfect cut and she gave me information and knowledge about my hair and how to style it along the way. A perfect experience! I am so happy I booked here!!
