We had a leaky pipe in the bathroom ceiling of our 90 year old home and Radius was quick to respond and provide an effective solution. After I messaged them and filled out a request form, they stayed in close communication and were at our house the following day to open up the ceiling and diagnose the problem. They quickly found the correct part and were back the next day to install it. Kind, courteous. Excellent clean-up job. Provided photos of the work as well as helpful written advice on monitoring the issue and timing of when to replace the drywall. Thanks!
Chad and Tony were fantastic. I had a bad shower cartridge that was leaking. I couldn’t get the sleeve off so called Radius. It was easy to schedule an appointment and the communication was great. Chad had the same problem getting the sleeve off so he had to replace the valve. Tony and Chad were patient while I got replacement parts from delta and finished our job without issue.
