All nail salons have a feel and all are messy and smelly. Let's just admit that. But this salon has great technicians and they want to do their best every time. I have only had nails done, but they do offer pedicures. They open the door frequently for ventilation. I recommend wearing a mask due to dust. Every thing is wiped down strewn clients. I have had no issues here. Cash tip only, or Venmo. You can pay for services on card.

I really enjoy the smaller salons since they tend to be owned by families rather than the overhyped full service salons that sport more attitude than service. My little sister was getting married in a couple days and had never had her nails done-unbelievable I know, so I called first thing that morning to schedule appointments. Everything was going well with her service and my pedicure, when suddenly she got up and went outside. She had panicked about the wedding and needed some air. This was my first time at this nail salon since I am new to the area. Lyly brought the vision of what I wanted for my nails to life and they are stunning. I love them so much and she didn't even hesitate when I asked for a particular design. Sara gave me a pedicure that felt like heaven. I couldn't recommend this place more to folks that are new in the Tosa/Washington Heights area. I loved seeing clients walk in and the techs all knew who they were and had a great rapport with them. I can't wait to come back!
