“Lost power to the furnace and had no heat. Called CGS as they originally installed it back in 1992, as i found out. 30+ year old furnace final winter. He recommended replacement and was able to install the following day. Clark provided us with 4 strong electric space heaters to help keep our family warm enough to make it through the night and installation during the morning. A part failed from the new furnace within less than 24 hours, and he came back promptly and dignosed and replaced it. What are the chances right. Overall, I am very happy with my experience with Clark and others with him at CGS. Older reviews showed him in a negative light, but i did not have that experience at all when talking and working with him through our situations. Very appreciated for the business and cared about addressing our situations over more than one call in a short period of time. Would recommend.“

We were able to speak with Blake Seider and he connected us with John (the estimator) and we were able to order a new furnace (and A/C) by Saturday night. They came to install it first thing Monday morning. The entire process was seamless and I could not be happier…..I highly recommend them!“

“Tom was great. he fixed my AC issue in like 5 minutes today on a national holiday ( the 4th of July) and charged me for a regular service call instead of trying to fleece me becusse it's a holiday. the charge was reasonable and he takes the time to explain what the issue is as hes doing the repair. “Speaking on poor review from gr8bkset review:
1) This person lives in a condo association, not an apartment.
2) This owner had a drain problem 1.5 weeks prior to neighbor’s issue and refused to call plumber as owner wanted association to pay, thus exacerbating problem and causing problem for neighbor.
3) This bad review is a false claim against Joe DeBelak plumbing.
4) Sadly, this owner is refusing to pay his bill and the bill rightfully belongs to him, per our condo docs and bylaws.
Our HOA has been using Joe DeBelak since 1980 and have a fantastic relationship with this company. They have served us well and are always professional and knowledgeable, greatly experienced!“

From the moment of receiving a call from their front desk to the completion of the project, every bit was clock work professional, clean, and honest. Measurements and size of the HVAC system, explanations of what each term means and how it impacts the home, energy consumption, etc were all provided with a lot of patience. I had enough time to do my own research regarding pricing, current labor, comparison of brands and models, etc. I am impressed by these folks and their business model.
