We were quoted a job by a big name sewer & drain company with a plan to open up the sidewalk, replace our old, misaligned concrete drain with PVC, and then shoot a liner out to the street.My brother-in law said we need to call The Pipe Dr, they had just done some great work for him. I told Tricia our issue, and she recommended the same procedures, for about 1/3 of the price. She showed me samples from her truck and made sure I understood the process & materials. Her crew is diligent & respectful, and had their work cleaned up and contained between service days. All properly permitted and inspected by the city before they closed it back up, and the sidewalk now looks nicer where they worked, than it does on the rest of the block. : )The tens of thousands of dollars she saved us, and the awesome communication, and being able to support an honest, local, family run business feels like such a win/win/win. And we now have NO segments of crumbling concrete sewer between our home and main city line. Hooray!“

“We had a plumbing blockage situation at the house we are renting and our landlord asked us to handle it ourselves. So, out of 14 plumbers I called on one day, just two called me back. One called back to say they don't do blockages (they specialize is something else). The only one to kindly and promptly get back to me was Simply Plumbing. Wonderfully, they let me know they also specialize. In Seattle only. Since we are on the Eastside, we could not be their customers. Very nice to know this up front. We ended up taking care of the problem ourselves through access to an under house cleanout pipe, but like I said, at least we didn't need to wonder if these folks would contact us back. They did, and with courtesy. Can't say anything about their work, but at least they care enough not to waste your time or theirs.“

I believe this is a family run business, and I have used them for many years. The job has always been done, quickly and I have always been completely satisfied. Beware of other companies and their adds stating a $99.00 price. I called one that stated this price but the price was really $495.00 for one drain and $395.00For the laundry drain. Make sure to get a firm quote if you don’t use Rapid Rooter. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a problem with a drain. You will be happy with this company!“

He offered to take off his shoes, was friendly and tidy.
