Sam is smart, professional & a problem solver. What I appreciated about Sam was: he saw what no other plumber saw -where the leak was WITHOUT tearing up my ceiling or wall. He could access it through the outside. This solution was with minimal damage to my home, and his resolved a huge issue I was having w/my health opening up walls (as I am severely allergic to dust & dust mites).
