I called Mr. Rooter after sewer water backed up in our lower level laundry room and left a huge mess. The technician, Dominique, arrived that same morning, she was very nice and quickly cleared the drain but had to wait for a sewer specialist to come and inspect our sewer line. I went inside my house while I thought she would wait inside her truck. But no, she decided to go into the laundry room and clean up the sewer mess! I could not believe it- I was dreading having to do that very nasty clean up job but Dominique, did it on her own initiative. So thankful!
