We had an amazing experience with Mr Rooter. We worked directly with Ali. Ali was great! He was great at communicating and responding in a timely manner. He was also very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to us. He worked with his manager to get us the best price possible. After the project was done, Ali even checked in to make sure everything with the inspection went well. We will definitely be using Mr Rooter again, and will recommend them to our friends and family.

Had an issue with our toilet not flushing properly, so called Mr. Rooter and service person Jonathan arrived. He checked what the issue was and fixed it. He was very professional and knowledgeable and pleasant to work with and if any future issues happen we surely will call and ask for him again.

Experience was great from start to finish. Noah, was very knowledgeable and SME in plumbing. Would hire again. Front rep was pleasant to speak to me. Work was finished in a timely manner. 7 hours for PRV valve. Would recommend, for sure!
