Greenwood heating serviced our two-year-old heat pump that heats and cools our old Seattle home. Luke Yandell was friendly, cheerful, and interesting to talk to about heat pumps, dogs, and kids. He was focused on his task and very knowledgeable about Installation and maintenance of heat pumps. I had a ton of questions because our installers didn’t leave us with much information. Luke answered all of them knowledgeably and patiently. These guys have also done a great job maintaining our hybrid water heater.

We’ve seen Greenwood trucks everywhere in the city so we know they are established and well used. We have a heat pump air exchanger system and have been very happy with it. We thought we should have a general maintenance visit so Garrett of Greenwood came out today. He was warm, professional, thorough and experienced. He did a full evaluation of our system. Everything was in good working order but we decided to add an air washing system. We were very happy with Garrett and with Greenwood.

My electrician was extremely punctual. When he said he would be there, he was. He was very friendly, and got right to work, even teaching us some things about how to better maintain our heaters. He worked with us to find the best solution to our heating problem, and gave us a fair quote, lickity split. Greenwood Heating goes above and beyond, the best of the best in King and Pierce county!
