We had a fantastic experience with Jeff from O'Neill Plumbing!Jeff came out to replace our clogged hose spigot on the outside of our house and he did great a great job, including cleaning up after his work. He was also on time, a great communicator, kind, and he got it done UNDER the estimate price.Our shower drain happened to clog the morning that he came, and he also took care of that even though he wasn't originally scheduled to do that.Jeff is not only the best plumber I've had work on my home, but even I'd say the best trade person overall. I'd trust him 100%.
I've used O'Neill for over 35 years. Never had anything but superlative service; efficient, friendly and tolerant of help and advice from homeowner. And very reasonable prices.
Jeff came over to fix a leaky pipe under the bathroom sink. He made an adjustment in 1 minute and said "No charge" and I almost died. In the world of people not showing up or bad attitudes or charging an arm and a leg, this was something that we don't hear very often.Jeff was OUTSTANDING! Kind, smile, good communicator, and "No charge" which made me tear up a little bit after he left. I am sending him heartfelt thanks for my experience with O'Neill Plumbing.
