Garrett did a great job of diagnosing an issue with my sump pump. He was nice and informed and transparent about what he was doing and made sure I understood what was happening. He was also able to offer me some details on system enhancements I asked about and proactively noticed and checked on some of the unique aspects of my setup to make sure they were OK.

Craftsman Plumbing helped us out when our pipes burst during a freeze in Seattle. They were able to send a technician out within 24 hours of my call and Cameron completed the work within 3 hours. He was helpful, communicative and personable and very good at his job. We're very grateful to Craftsman for their top notch and efficient service!
