We had a minor clog in our kitchen sink that we thought might be related to some recent work we had completed by Bob Oates. We called one evening and they sent Sergio, who is awesome, out before lunch the next day! While we appear to have fixed the clog ourselves, Sergio's customer service was awesome and he completed a thorough check of all the piping--he event went into our crawl space to make sure it wasn't leaking or clogged there. We appreciate him going above and beyond!

Reviews
We had significant rooter and sewer issues which included a plugged and broken concrete pipe and a host of root issues in our 76-year-old home. We worked with 3 or 4 different crews, all friendly and professional, collaborating with us through the whole completed process. Kudos to Prescott, Andrew and their project manager Mitch. I would highly recommend Bob Oates for any sewer, rooter issue, large or small.
I never thought I would call a plumber a Rockstar but. Henry at Bob Oates plumbing truly is! This company is outstanding. The polite, patient receptionist got me an appointment in one day even though I knew they had no openings. Henry was on time and completed the work in less than an hour. On top of that he is a nice guy to be around. I know my old house has some major plumbing issues coming up in the future - I feel very fortunate to have found this company who I will call with no hesitation!
