The first was in the middle of the night on a Sunday, and Nick showed up in under 30 minutes. He was so kind, professional, and calm, and he fixed everything fast while taking the time to explain what was going on. The price was more than fair for an after-hours call.

When I needed their help again (for a different issue) Josh and Eph were at my house in about 20 minutes. When I mentioned I had guests coming, they offered to come back later that evening and didn’t even charge me for the first visit. That level of honesty and care is so rare these days. “I am so impressed with this company. I have had plumbing issues this past year and even plumbing companies that said they have emergency service couldn’t come out. Today I went to my local community page, and this company was the first to respond which I was so grateful for And to even make me happier, they came out and installed my hot water tank within a few hours of my first contact with them. “I had a great experience working with Frank from Rooter Pal Plumbing to replace my water heater. I got quotes from multiple contractors but decided to go with Frank since he explained everything with a lot of detail and patience to make sure I understood what was needed. He was thorough, yet didn't overwhelm me with false information or try to oversell his services.
If you're looking to get your water heater replaced, look no further! You might get cheaper quotes from other companies but most of them are not licensed plumbers and use a cheaper brand of water heater. Rooter Pal installed a Bradford White water heater with brass fittings, which are way more durable than what the cheaper competitors use.
He was able to accommodate me in his schedule pretty quickly and made the whole process seamless. He even came back to replace an out-of-stock part free of charge. Rooter Pal will be my go-to for all my plumbing needs in the future.

“I was happy the company was able to provide same day service and they were able to resolve my drain pipe concern. They were professional, the crew took their boots off without me having to ask (although I wish they had a foot bootie), they were able to answer the questions I had, they tidied up the area before leaving. They could have been a bit personable, like could have smiled. The person who set up my appointment seemed friendly and her phone skill was up to par.

I was about to give a 5 star but then I read the other reviews where other customers were charged a similar price for drain cleaning including a pipe repair and a lower price for just drain cleaning. I just had drain cleaning and was charged around $342.00. Perhaps I'm missing something??? Is it because I'm a woman? Anyways, I will think about using them again.“

“We had an upstairs shower leak down to our downstairs. I called Pars Plumbing at night and they came out first thing the next morning. Iman and his team were amazing. They diagnosed the problem within minutes, then went and purchased all of the parts and completed the job within 2 hours.
