Today I went to my local community page, and this company was the first to respond which I was so grateful for And to even make me happier, they came out and installed my hot water tank within a few hours of my first contact with them. “They came out same day, mid afternoon and worked outside near the septic system. Also, through previous homeowners and during the previous inspection an access lid was covered with part of the deck so part of the deck had to be cut out. They found the issue (blockage) at one of the baffles and we were good to go. Very professional and informed us of each and every step they were going to take before taking it. The first was in the middle of the night on a Sunday, and Nick showed up in under 30 minutes. He was so kind, professional, and calm, and he fixed everything fast while taking the time to explain what was going on. The price was more than fair for an after-hours call.

When I needed their help again (for a different issue) Josh and Eph were at my house in about 20 minutes. When I mentioned I had guests coming, they offered to come back later that evening and didn’t even charge me for the first visit. That level of honesty and care is so rare these days. Nick then came out after hours that evening and fixed the issue at a great price.

“I had a great experience with Steve’s Plumbing about a year ago, joined their loyalty club, and recently had occasion to call them again…. Same great experience!

This time I had a leak notice from my water district. They estimated the leak to be 1 gallon every 5 minutes. I was concerned. I called Steve’s Plumbing at 11:00AM on a Friday and had Charlie and Errol at my site at 1:00PM. My leak was the main line feeding the sprinkler system, and was deep in a muddy root filled hole. I thought they’d back away and say see you Monday, but noooo, they said “We can handle that,” gave me a quote and were digging and chopping the arbor vitae clogging the hole within minutes.

It rained on Charlie and Errol, and those guys kept at it. This was as a lot of dirty excavation to pump, dig, and clear roots to get to the pipe. Then they found the original figments to be antiquated, leaking and in need of replacements. No problem! It’s Friday, after 5:00PM now, and these guys are using every tool in the truck.

At 7:00PM Charlie and Errol were done, looking like they had been shoulders deep in a hole for hours. Leak fixed, upgraded valve installed, then they cleaned the area and made it look like nothing ever happened. They hauled away the tree and root debris and swept the driveway, then tested the system before putting the cap on the hole. This was a nasty job!

I’m 2 for 2 using Steve’s Plumbing in what were minor emergency situations. To have this recent issue handled properly and the same day felt like a miracle, but these guys never flinched. They were clear from the onset that they’d work until it was done, and that gave me peace of mind.

If you have to spend money on a plumber, you’ll get a work ethic from Steve’s Plumbing that proves their value! Thanks Charlie and Errol.“
