“A gasket in the toilet tank failed and so the water never stopped filling. The toilet water line handle also failed to turn off the water (and broke off; the toilet and line were previously installed in Jan 2014 by a GC) so I had to shut off the water to the whole house. All on a Sunday night.

Come Monday morning 7AM, the phones were on (much faster than text or email) dispatch scheduled my service call for 10am, and the plumber called at 8:21am to say he could be there at 8:45am, and by 10:40am, he was done: new valve, new water line, new wax ring, new toilet (that I went and procured; he was wonderfully specific!).

Great, friendly service. I’ve had them out for multiple things over the last 12 years. Still pleased.

FYI Kohler toilets are expensive to maintain. They find American Standard is more affordable.

After putting in a request on Yelp, “I Need a Plumber Now!” was incredibly quick to respond—and Ryan actually arrived before several other plumbing companies even replied.
Once Ryan arrived, he was extremely helpful and clearly determined to resolve the slow drain in our kitchen. He walked us through a few possible approaches and immediately got to work. After some diligent effort using a drain snake followed by his high‑powered water flushing equipment, the clog was finally cleared.
Ryan also took the time to leave us with helpful tips on how to prevent future buildup, especially regarding cooking oils that had hardened inside the pipes. That extra guidance was much appreciated.
Beyond his technical skills, Ryan was personable, friendly, and professional. In this day and age, it can feel worrisome inviting someone into your home—but Ryan is someone I’d gladly invite back for a cookout anytime.

“We at Alter Services, LLC had worked with Aqualine a couple years ago and decided to call them in for a bid on installing new plumbing into an existing bathroom with no shower. Having a slab on grade they had to cut the concrete floor and rework the underground plumbing. They met with us to do a walk-through and promptly returned the bid with in a day or so. During the job there were a couple hurdles to overcome which they cleared professionally and completed the job on time and within budget. I highly recommend Aqualine to those who need plumbing services!“
