He showed up quickly and on time to look at the job, got us a quote quickly, got us scheduled for the water heater replacement quickly, and showed up on time again for the install. Then, he quickly replaced our old tank water heater with a tankless unit and did a really nice job. Final price was exactly as quoted and within the price range I expected for the job, which was several thousand less than a quote I got from one of the national chain places. Tom is a nice guy, too, and didn't mind that I was hanging around and watching. Love our new Navien tankless water heater so far. Highly recommended.“

“We initially went with a larger plumbing company; they wanted $500 just to go in the crawlspace. It seemed like a rip off, so I said bye to them and contacted this guy instead. We quickly learned that this is the honest plumber that everybody is looking for. He was very communicative, even telling me ways I could do the work myself without paying him (I decided to ask him to do it anyway). It was a tough job, constantly going in and out of a dirty crawlspace, but he stuck it through until it was done for a very reasonable price. Our pesky leak is gone!“

“Plumber arrived promptly and assessed the problem, provided a quote and once accepted proceeded to tackle the problem. It was a substantial clog under our kitchen sink and it took him 3 hours to clear, replace some piping that was not legal (installed by another service) and replace some fittings. He said to leave the area clear for 24 hours to make sure there were no leaks. Unfortunately, a very small leak appeared the next day due to a different fitting. I notified Green House and they called back that someone could be at my house in 30 minutes (on a Saturday!). Obid came and fixed the problem expertly. He also advised me about the many issues with the plumbing there as a result of multiple other plumbers doing substandard and some even illegal piping. My house is 75 years old and certain to be destroyed by the next owner to maximize the property so Green House will help me "limp" along for now. All works perfectly right now! Thank you Green House!!“

“We had a plumbing blockage situation at the house we are renting and our landlord asked us to handle it ourselves. So, out of 14 plumbers I called on one day, just two called me back. One called back to say they don't do blockages (they specialize is something else). The only one to kindly and promptly get back to me was Simply Plumbing. Wonderfully, they let me know they also specialize. In Seattle only. Since we are on the Eastside, we could not be their customers. Very nice to know this up front. We ended up taking care of the problem ourselves through access to an under house cleanout pipe, but like I said, at least we didn't need to wonder if these folks would contact us back. They did, and with courtesy. Can't say anything about their work, but at least they care enough not to waste your time or theirs.“
