Very responsive when I called. Patrick talked me through getting pilot light on (tip: you might have to click it 30+ times)! It didn’t stay lit after several tries. Water heater was old and I was given several options. I decided to go with a new one. Water heater replaced the next day in about a half an hour. Got a follow up to make sure all was well. It wasn’t a huge deal, but I was told $50 less than charged. Patrick more than made up for it immediately. Nice to a find reliable company with excellent customer service!
Water Heater Doctor installed a new water heater and I’m so pleased. I received the best service from Patrick who discussed the job with me. When I told him I was expecting company in two days, he sent Luke and Jeff out in a couple of hours. These guys worked like a well oiled machine and had it completed in less than an hour. Incredible service, best cost, high quality of heater, best warranty and the most professional group of people. Do yourself a service and call them for help. You will not be disappointed!
I have a rental in Bellevue. My tenant kept complaining about the water heater. I gave Water Heater doctor a call. They picked up and scheduled someone shortly. I had Luke come over the next day. He showed up in a nice truck and was very nice. I think that I needed a new one. He confirmed that a repair would not do the job and I would need a replacement. The end cost seems pretty good. My tenant has not complained in a while. We increased the size and it’s more efficient. The result is good, I was happy to do business with them.
