She is very knowledgeable and professional, but also a kind, warm person. This was just a really nice place to go for not nice reasons that got better. Highly recommend!“

8750 Greenwood Ave N, Seattle“I worked with top-notch therapists at GPT Greenwood in a clean and well-resourced clinic. The Ravenna location has also been wonderful in the past. At Greenwood, Carolyn helped me immensely in recovering from a back injury. She built a flexible program with achievable goals and was always encouraging and kind. In the beginning, her schedule had filled up so I worked with Josh. He was just as patient and knowledgeable, and I was impressed with how well they managed my program together.
I came into the clinic limping in pain and was discharged with strength, confidence, and no pain. Thank you!“

Because of my husband's complex medical issues we had to juggle appointments and all three therapists we saw were awesome. So focused and knowledgeable. The front desk staff is also very helpful and understanding. Highly recommend ?“

I honestly forgot what it felt like to have no pain at all, but Brian gave me that feeling back! I even brought my husband in, and he’s just as thrilled with the results. Everyone at the front desk is super sweet and welcoming — you can really feel they care. Highly, highly recommend this place!“

I have had a couple of appointments and my PT specialist- Anna has listened to my concerns and developing and ongoing + recurring plan to help get me back on my feet. I am suffering from a couple of tears in my meniscus + having arthroscopic surgery have sidelined me for a couple of months but coming to this facility has given me a positive outlook on my recovery. The facility is clean and a lot of good, up to date equipment as well!“

He takes a very personalized approach to make sure we’re focusing on movements and exercises that are hitting our target muscle groups. We’ve also used laser / red light therapy as well as shockwave therapy which have been very effective. I’d highly recommend him and Vida to anyone who is looking for wholistic recovery.“

I walked out of there the most relaxed I've been in years. I will need additional visits to see more results but I'm very surprised at how much her care was able to calm my nervous system in just one visit. 10/10 will revisit often!“

Their staff is amazing, well-trained, and genuinely caring. I am finding relief for my back pain under their care. Special shout-out to Rury. She is really patient, encouraging, and just a wonderful person to work with.
On my very first day, I set a goal with her: to be able to explore hikes in Washington. I’m happy to share that I recently finished my first (apparently it was a hard-level on AllTrails) hike successfully! My recovery is speeding along, and I couldn’t have done it without their support.
Thank you, Core Physical Therapy team, for helping me reach my goal!“

2901 3rd Ave UNIT 520, Seattle“After our friend recommended Ryan, my partner and I started seeing him. I've been dealing with recurring shoulder flare-ups that disrupted my life, causing me to wake up at night in pain. Despite seeing several physical therapists, and knowing surgery wasn't an option, I feared this struggle would be lifelong. Ryan helped me get my shoulder strong gradually, but surely. I had a couple of flare-ups on the way. I felt impatient with myself and was quite frustrated, but Ryan was incredibly patient and came up with new programs to continue the work while adapting to my body's needs. Ryan's experience and kindness truly stand out. His ability to maintain energy and focus with numerous clients back-to-back is impressive. If you've tried physical therapy before without success, I highly recommend giving Ryan a try!“

Both of those I found at Seattle's Elite Physical Therapy. My injury is on the way to healing and more important they are concerned with making sure I know what I need to do to prevent it from reoccurring.“

2656 SW Roxbury St, Seattle“I was in an ATV accident several years ago, and I have had various back and neck problems ever since. Whether it was getting in and out of my car, putting my socks on, getting up and out of my chair... there was always some level of pain and discomfort associated with performing normal daily activities. I have tried other chiropractors whose approach was to offer a quick adjustment and hope that it would offer me some level of immediate pain relief. To be honest, I had read previous reviews for Dr. Clayman and they indicated he took a more involved approach to helping his patients, and I wasn't sure I was ready for that level of commitment. Recently, my back and neck pain got serious enough to where I decided I was ready, so I stopped into the office. Long story short, I am very glad I did. We started with x-rays, and came up with a plan to get my spine and neck back on track. I am about half-way through the program, and I have already seen significant results. I have full range of motion again, headaches are far less frequent, and normal daily activities don't involve buckled knees and sharp pains anymore. I'm excited to see where I'll be in terms of wellness by the end of my scheduled visits.“

509 Olive Wy STE 1062, Seattle“After falling down a flight of stairs in November and suffering with shooting pain and limited mobility in my right leg and hip. I finally decided to try physical therapy. I am a very active person and I love working out and doing pilates, but I had to stop because these activities only made me hurt more. Deep tissue massage helped for a day or two but then I was miserable again. After meeting with Noal yesterday and having a full evaluation he presented me with a treatment plan that included a magical device called a Neubie. It uses electrical stimulation to help relax traumatized tissue and help return it to a normal pliable state. Noal noticed how tight and stressed my whole right leg and hip complex were even when I was laying in a prone relaxed position. I did not find it painful, just a buzzing, tingling feeling. he moved my leg around while this device was attached and it helped to pinpoint were the injuries were the worst and focused more time there. Today my injury feels more localized and therefore my mobility has improved and I slept more comfortably last night. I am so pleased with the exceptional care I received and look for to my appointment next week. I can't wait to get back to my exercise routine and ditch all this pain. I only wish I had gone to Anderson Cattone PT sooner. Thank you Noal and company ?“

When my body is in knots she takes the time to loosen the muscles and stretches me in ways that make my body feel normal again. She also explains the connections in the body so I know how to be more mindful to strengthen/not aggravate different parts of my body. Also love their automated wait-list system!“
