IRG Physical Therapy - Wallingford is a fantastic space that is very open yet still feels private. The therapists are super knowledgeable and make patients feel comfortable. Patients never feel embarrassed about starting from ground zero and are never made to push their bodies too far. The staff takes the time to answer all questions, and patients never feel rushed. The front desk is very detailed and kind as well.

One patient, Paige, is described as absolutely awesome and extremely well-educated (Ph.D.). She is very caring, attentive to the patient's body and needs, and is helping the patient get more mobility back in their right leg. After only one session with Paige, there was marked improvement, and seven weeks later, the patient has made even more progress and will continue weekly sessions. Paige reviews and updates the patient's care plan exercises each week, prints a copy, and updates the online care plan, allowing the patient to view videos of each exercise on the IRG website.

Another staff member, Cierra, is a pleasure to work with. She has attention to detail and is willing to help with scheduling and answering any questions. The patient appreciates Cierra's assistance in scheduling appointments one month out at the same time each week, which helps with planning. The patient wholeheartedly recommends Paige and is blessed to be in her capable and caring hands again, as the patient had been a patient of Paige's a few years ago elsewhere. The patient is exceedingly grateful they reconnected, and Paige is described as an angel amongst us. Bonus: IRG accepts the patient's insurance.
