Core Physical Therapy - Shoreline Physical Therapy

“Raandi Wiebe has been my PT for ankle therapy post a fx. She evaluated the range of motion in my ankle with gentleness and efficiency. At times she asked me to move my leg and the ankle into different positions to see how much I was able to do with out pain. She often inquired about the amount of pain. I was given a set of exercises to do daily at home and recommended icing at the end of the day to reduce the swelling. The 2nd and 3rd session I had with her involved a review of some of the stretching and balancing exercises. This was preceded by 3 mins of stationary biking. Following the exercises which were accompanied by verbal support and concern about pain, my ankle was massaged and then some E stim and most recently another treatment to help the muscles become more flexible.
The atmosphere at Core is supportive and the PT's and aides are helpful to each other. It is calm and easy to relax for the massage and the other modalities. Raandi has been kind and caring in all our interactions.
Thank you Raandi and Core at Shoreline. You have increased my ability to move and walk. I appreciate you very much!“

Kirkland Chiropractic & Massage Physical Therapy

“I have been coming here for almost three years now. When I first started, I was struggling with a herniated disc that caused numbness in my leg and severe lower back pain. I even had spinal injections at the hospital, but nothing helped. Then I started coming here, and things completely changed.

Dr. Ted,the chiropractor, always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. Since starting decompression therapy (almost a year ago now), my numbness and pain have not returned. He has also treated me for neck pain and elbow inflammation, adjusting the treatment to my needs each time. This has truly become one of the clinics I feel I can always rely on.

At the same time, Sharon, the massage therapist, is amazing. Her massages are so relaxing and help ease my muscle tension—something I always look forward to. I also see Joe, the PT, every week to make sure my herniated disc doesn’t flare up again. He explains everything so clearly and is very supportive.

The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the office has such a bright and positive atmosphere. After all these years, I can honestly say this is one of the easiest and most comfortable chiropractic offices to keep coming back to, and I’m truly grateful for their care.“

Everett Spine & Rehab Physical Therapy

“Everett Spine & Rehab has been incredible. I came in with limited neck mobility, and Dr. Gill immediately impressed me with how knowledgeable and efficient he is. He got to the root of the issue quickly and focused on long‑term recovery, not just short‑term relief.

The entire team is professional, kind, and clearly enjoys what they do. Sabrina, the front‑desk host, always welcomes with a warm smile and makes every visit feel personal.

I frequently see Dr. Sapida for dry needling. With such a new technique I feel comfortable and reassured throughout my sessions.

Yanmei gives the best deep‑tissue massage I’ve experienced in the Seattle/Lynnwood area. She identifies and works through trouble spots with care, helping me feel noticeably better each time.

What I enjoy most about this clinic is that every single employee (some not mentioned here) does their role extremely well and to a high level of professionalism. I strongly recommend Everett Spine & Rehab for anyone seeking effective treatment in a welcoming environment.“

“I don't know why I haven't left a review yet, but after today I had to. Dr. Ablett is the BEST! I've tried others (other highly recommended 5 star reviewed) in times when he's not available and they never get it done. Hurt my back on Friday, saw another provider for minimal to no relief, saw Dr. Ablett today and back to 100%. He should really do some seminars or educational content for other chiropractors.“

“Working with Dr. Veronika Maass at the Peak Sports Lake City location is one of the best things I have ever done. She helped me develop tools to manage my chronic headaches. As a concussion specialist, she helped me understand how some chronic issues might be related to past head injuries. She also helped me understand how childhood ear surgeries might contribute to balance issues that manifest in different ways (e.g. knee pain which she also helped me with).

When I started seeing Dr. Maass I was having debilitating headaches several times a month. She listened intently and asked great questions to really understand what I was experiencing and then put me through some physical evaluation to see where we were starting from. Then, she shared her hypotheses as to why I was experiencing the headaches. She set realistic expectations as to the path forward and how long it might take to see some improvement.

Physical Therapy felt pretty unsatisfying for a while, but I trusted the process and over time I experienced very clear improvements. The frequency and intensity of headaches improved notably. It was great to work through exercises directly with Dr. Maass given her knowledge, helpful critiques, and willingness to answer my many questions. But, the greatest value of my time working with Dr. Maass is the toolkit I’ve developed to keep myself in shape, analyze when things aren’t feeling quite right, and choose the right stretches or exercises to get my body back on track and reduce the odds of a headache. I now have the skills to maintain my health/abilities on my own.

In the time I was seeing Dr. Maass on a regular basis I also happened to have a severe ankle sprain which flared up some old knee pain. I hadn’t run in years because it would cause that knee pain to flare up. Dr. Maass helped me get my ankle back to 100% and then worked through the knee pain, again setting me up with a toolkit and routine of regular exercises that I’ve used to remedy my knee pain. My visits with Dr. Maass have come to an end but I’ve continued to use these tools and am extremely happy to share that I’m now able to run 2+ miles without stopping and without knee pain.

My chronic headaches and chronic knee pain have been significantly improved by my time with Dr. Maass. I am deeply grateful for her, the work she does, and the quality of life I now enjoy because of that work.“

“I can’t thank Rebel Med And more specifically Khai Bhagwandin enough. My fiancé has been dealing with pretty serous disc compression and instability in her back for years. Khai’s background in sports medicine and her honest approach to her injury has given us so much hope. Between acupuncture, massage, cupping, electrical stimulation, and a couple other treatments. Her back is starting to show real Improvement and the pain is becoming more and more manageable. This is the only doctor’s offices we look forward to seeing on regular basis.“

“Greg BesanconMt. Vernon, WA“I’m moving so much better on the basketball court.”I experienced back pain for seven years, knee problems for 10 years and nerve problems in my feet for about four years. My back would be incredibly sore sitting or making quick movements, my knees made stairs difficult, and I had burning sensations in both of my feet. I tried lots of different treatments including acupuncture, chiropractic, supplements, and gabapentin. After two treatments at Olympic, I noticed improvement. Now, I’m living with far less pain in my back, knees, and feet! I can sit and bend without giving it a second thought, I can run up and downstairs, and move much more freely playing sports. I’m moving so much better on the basketball court that I must rethink how I play. I can do moves now that I used to do but had to give up. It’s fun to see my progress. I could not ask for a better staff! Everybody was very helpful and accommodating, I was always greeted with a smile and hello, and they remembered my name. Dr. Shelley is very knowledgeable, and he dove right into a plan of action. I didn’t feel as though I was getting the runaround, like I have at other offices. The treatment at Olympic is unique in that they were able to treat several issues all at the same time.“

“I had a great experience here, with Rachel as my amazing physical therapist. My motivation: Chronic lower back pain that was seriously affecting my ability to sleep and forced me to basically eliminate any kind of regular exercise. The result: Pain-free sleep again finally, and I'm back to being able to consistently work out again. Rachel put me through a detailed and continually fine-tuned plan targeted at stabilizing and strengthening the problem area of my back. At first the exercises seemed too easy to be effective, but they certainly worked and sticking with the program really helped get me over the hump. Working one-on-one here kept me accountable and set me up with good habits to continue to stay healthy. Thank you!“
