Amazing customer care
Truly fabulous place for integrated heath care. I have been working with Simone and Dr Allen for the past few weeks on tennis elbow pain. PT (at another clinic) alone was not enough to alleviate the pain until I started working with Dr. Allen and Simone. My elbow/shoulder pain has subsided substantially and it is truly thanks to them! Awesome people, easy & free parking and insurnace covers my visits with small copay. Grateful for their help and for reduction in pain!
Everyone at Vida is very pleasant and professional. All communication was clear and the automated alerts for appointments is a great tool. My PT was very detailed in finding the issues with my ankle. And thorough in explaining how we would proceed in to get me back to health. I would recommend Vida in Ravenna to everyone.
