Working with Bella is always inspiring and helpful. I feel like she sets me on a good path towards healing. I will continue going back to Stride Physio for my health needs because of the expertise, good vibes and efficient staff from all corners.

I am so thankful to Laurie Gribschaw and the team at Stride Physio.Laurie is phenomenal! I wish I had met her in the early stages of my injury. I had worked with other physical therapists in other clinics as well as other service providers for my TBI and SI joint issues, but I haven't met anyone with her knowledge and level of expertise, her ability to look at things holistically and make connections. I feel very lucky I have met her and would recommend her to everyone I know.

I've had chronic shoulder nerve issues for over 5 years. I've seeked acupuncture, chiro and massage therapy. Andrew provided a thorough evaluation to provide treatment as well as at home exercises that have drastically improved the issue.
