11545 15th Ave NE, Seattle“Working with Dr. Veronika Maass at the Peak Sports Lake City location is one of the best things I have ever done. She helped me develop tools to manage my chronic headaches. As a concussion specialist, she helped me understand how some chronic issues might be related to past head injuries. She also helped me understand how childhood ear surgeries might contribute to balance issues that manifest in different ways (e.g. knee pain which she also helped me with).
When I started seeing Dr. Maass I was having debilitating headaches several times a month. She listened intently and asked great questions to really understand what I was experiencing and then put me through some physical evaluation to see where we were starting from. Then, she shared her hypotheses as to why I was experiencing the headaches. She set realistic expectations as to the path forward and how long it might take to see some improvement.
Physical Therapy felt pretty unsatisfying for a while, but I trusted the process and over time I experienced very clear improvements. The frequency and intensity of headaches improved notably. It was great to work through exercises directly with Dr. Maass given her knowledge, helpful critiques, and willingness to answer my many questions. But, the greatest value of my time working with Dr. Maass is the toolkit I’ve developed to keep myself in shape, analyze when things aren’t feeling quite right, and choose the right stretches or exercises to get my body back on track and reduce the odds of a headache. I now have the skills to maintain my health/abilities on my own.
In the time I was seeing Dr. Maass on a regular basis I also happened to have a severe ankle sprain which flared up some old knee pain. I hadn’t run in years because it would cause that knee pain to flare up. Dr. Maass helped me get my ankle back to 100% and then worked through the knee pain, again setting me up with a toolkit and routine of regular exercises that I’ve used to remedy my knee pain. My visits with Dr. Maass have come to an end but I’ve continued to use these tools and am extremely happy to share that I’m now able to run 2+ miles without stopping and without knee pain.
My chronic headaches and chronic knee pain have been significantly improved by my time with Dr. Maass. I am deeply grateful for her, the work she does, and the quality of life I now enjoy because of that work.“

5401 Leary Ave NW Suite 202, Seattle“I can’t thank Rebel Med And more specifically Khai Bhagwandin enough. My fiancé has been dealing with pretty serous disc compression and instability in her back for years. Khai’s background in sports medicine and her honest approach to her injury has given us so much hope. Between acupuncture, massage, cupping, electrical stimulation, and a couple other treatments. Her back is starting to show real Improvement and the pain is becoming more and more manageable. This is the only doctor’s offices we look forward to seeing on regular basis.“

1521 Queen Anne Ave N, Seattle“Physical therapy is not anything you want, it means something has gone wrong. However when you do need it you want it to be done with competence and good communication. Both of those I found at Seattle's Elite Physical Therapy. My injury is on the way to healing and more important they are concerned with making sure I know what I need to do to prevent it from reoccurring.“

2901 3rd Ave UNIT 520, Seattle“After our friend recommended Ryan, my partner and I started seeing him. I've been dealing with recurring shoulder flare-ups that disrupted my life, causing me to wake up at night in pain. Despite seeing several physical therapists, and knowing surgery wasn't an option, I feared this struggle would be lifelong. Ryan helped me get my shoulder strong gradually, but surely. I had a couple of flare-ups on the way. I felt impatient with myself and was quite frustrated, but Ryan was incredibly patient and came up with new programs to continue the work while adapting to my body's needs. Ryan's experience and kindness truly stand out. His ability to maintain energy and focus with numerous clients back-to-back is impressive. If you've tried physical therapy before without success, I highly recommend giving Ryan a try!“

18323 98th Ave NE Suite 1, Bothell“I was seeing Hope for rehab after ankle surgery. She was so great making sure I wasnt hurting myself or uncomfortable, but taking the steps I needed (literally and figuratively) to get back to walking! Would highly recommend seeing her if you are needing physical therapy. Thanks to Hope for helping me recover! Also want to shout out Diane who works at the front desk for always being so kind and welcoming. Anyone would be lucky to work with any of the talented staff here at the Bothell location.“

2505 2nd Ave #100, Seattle“Rury was attentive, focused, and fully present at every appointment. Her guidance was firm, thoughtful, and tailored to my needs. She repeatedly emphasized realistic goals and sustainable progress, and I appreciated her steady approach.
Annabelle and Rury were also very accommodating as I learned the ropes of commuting by Metro and occasionally needed schedule adjustments. Sometimes I would arrive quite early, and if Rury was available she’d take me early.
PT takes commitment, and Rury consistently provided support, structure, and encouragement along the way. I’m grateful for the care I received.“

8750 Greenwood Ave N, Seattle“I had a great experience here, with Rachel as my amazing physical therapist. My motivation: Chronic lower back pain that was seriously affecting my ability to sleep and forced me to basically eliminate any kind of regular exercise. The result: Pain-free sleep again finally, and I'm back to being able to consistently work out again. Rachel put me through a detailed and continually fine-tuned plan targeted at stabilizing and strengthening the problem area of my back. At first the exercises seemed too easy to be effective, but they certainly worked and sticking with the program really helped get me over the hump. Working one-on-one here kept me accountable and set me up with good habits to continue to stay healthy. Thank you!“

I walked out of there the most relaxed I've been in years. I will need additional visits to see more results but I'm very surprised at how much her care was able to calm my nervous system in just one visit. 10/10 will revisit often!“

“Raandi Wiebe has been my PT for ankle therapy post a fx. She evaluated the range of motion in my ankle with gentleness and efficiency. At times she asked me to move my leg and the ankle into different positions to see how much I was able to do with out pain. She often inquired about the amount of pain. I was given a set of exercises to do daily at home and recommended icing at the end of the day to reduce the swelling. The 2nd and 3rd session I had with her involved a review of some of the stretching and balancing exercises. This was preceded by 3 mins of stationary biking. Following the exercises which were accompanied by verbal support and concern about pain, my ankle was massaged and then some E stim and most recently another treatment to help the muscles become more flexible.
The atmosphere at Core is supportive and the PT's and aides are helpful to each other. It is calm and easy to relax for the massage and the other modalities. Raandi has been kind and caring in all our interactions.
Thank you Raandi and Core at Shoreline. You have increased my ability to move and walk. I appreciate you very much!“
