Found one nearby who offered a free first session. She was super nice and actually listened to my goals instead of just throwing random stuff at me. She showed me how to do each move right and explained why we were doing them. I didn’t feel judged at all even though I was out of shape. We did some strength work and cardio and I was sore but in a good way. She also helped me set some simple nutrition goals without making it complicated. The only thing that was rough was waking up early to do the sessions but I got used to it fast. I already feel stronger and more confident. If you keep quitting on yourself get a trainer like this. It changes everything.“

“My daughter had 5 visits over the course of 1.5 weeks with ARP wave therapy and healed a jammed finger in 2 weeks as opposed to 6 without the treatment. This expedites the healing process and gets people back to their usual range of motion in less than 1/2 the time but you MUST consistently go for a full course of treatment.“
“I've been doing private pilates lessons at the Greenlake studio and I am SO impressed! After just 2 sessions my back feels better than ever. My instructor Kristina is very knowledgeable about the body and exercise, gives great cues, and really has a sharp eye for noticing asymmetry or if you're engaging the wrong muscle for the exercise.
