“ZenRock feels like home. :) It has a warm atmosphere, people, state of the art equipment, and rooms. I've been going there for the last three months (three times a week one-hour sessions) and have only great things to say. They really listen to you and help you achieve whatever goals you want at whatever fitness level you are at (including beginner). My own trainer (Mehdi Ansari) as well as all of the other trainers I witness there are super competent, knowledgeable, fun, and really dedicated to helping you. Mehdi has helped me lose weight, gain strength, confidence. Real results! He also trains my 13 year old son. He makes it so much fun for him too along with actual results. This place is so much better than other fitness places (I've tried big gyms in the past) because of the truly personal focus, fun, and privacy they give you. Highly recommended!!!! :)“

“My 4 year old son did a dance camp this August and we are now in weekly classes because he loved it so much. He still does his routine that he learned from camp and his only complaint is classes are too short. He loves it and I love the flexibility for different styles, times, makeups, etc. Cheers!“

“The studio has amazing massage therapists. I'd like the explicitly show my gratitude to Jenine and Micaia along with the support staff. Scheduling is easy, and they've helped me out with rescheduling. I'm a desk worker and semi competitive half marathoner so I need a lot of work for my daily health. Jenine gives excellent deep tissue work for my lower back and legs. Micaia uses a softer technique, at least for what I need for my neck and shoulders, while having me stretch and move during the massage. This is the best I've felt in years. Thank you so much!“

“I've been doing private pilates lessons at the Greenlake studio and I am SO impressed! After just 2 sessions my back feels better than ever. My instructor Kristina is very knowledgeable about the body and exercise, gives great cues, and really has a sharp eye for noticing asymmetry or if you're engaging the wrong muscle for the exercise. Feels very safe during COVID as well. Looking forward to more!“

“Lynn is great! I hadn't exercised for quite some time. She started me off slowly and watched carefully to make sure my form was correct to avoid injury. She uses a variety of exercises to get results and strengthen areas that may be injured or weak. Lynn has a wealth of information regarding exercise, health, and nutrition.“

“Mid 40's and more fit than I've been in my life -- strength, body tone, and flexibility -- thanks to Knotty Yoga. I have great results attending only 2 or 3 hour-long classes each week, and have gained new physical skills that I never thought I could, e.g. rope climbing, acro, stretching, fabric, etc. Mason's a great instructor, thoroughly trained in fitness and massage, adapts classes and guidance to everyone's individual capabilities, and makes them fun and social. Classes are fast paced, varied, and strenuous, but not intensely tough or competitive. You'll get to know other regular attendees (aged 20s thru 50s), and have fun encouraging each other as you swiftly improve.“

She is incredibly smart- knows her anatomy, pathophysiology and common pain patterns. She treats specific pain issues and individualizes the session based upon the client's specific needs. She is a fabulous communicator, takes the client's concerns to heart and is diligent to develop the safest and most effective approach. She has absolutely fabulous hands, with an intuitive and highly effective touch. In addition, she is a very kind and compassionate person who is also highly professional. “I love the mix of classes that this studio offers! My favorite is to do the Sculpt class which adds hand weights to modified Vinyasa, and then followed by Yin.The temperatures are good - the Vinyasa and Yin are done at reasonable warm temperatures which is very important to me. If you like that really hot stuff, the Hatha classes are there, but I never do them due to the heat.The facility is nice with an excellent sound system. I love it that there is a variety of music, even within the same class.All of the instructors have been very good. Special mention of Kelsey whose classes particularly resonate with me. Kelsey often does one small adjustment per person per class, and that has slowly improved my yoga practice.“

“I really liked yoga six, especially the sculpt and flow, but their class times are not spread out that well, sculpt and flow classes involve weight training along with yoga, there are no sculpt and flow classes after 6pm throughout the week, some of us need to finish work and get to the classes, 5:45pm classes are too early as we will have to leave work at 4:30 to attend them. It would be great if we had some of these classes at 7 pm as well. Otherwise they have really good staff, very lively training. It feels good to attend the classes“
