Special shout out to Robyn as an instructor whose classes are always very fun and engaging. ?“

Her communication as the treatment was unfolding was very helpful, and felt quite collaborative. I recommend Linda if you want to do some serious and well-informed body work.“

2237 California Ave SW, Seattle“I had such a great experience here! The environment was peaceful, welcoming, and had such a calming energy from the moment I walked in.
I booked a one-hour deep tissue massage with John, and it was exactly what I needed. The massage was thorough and really helped release a lot of tension I’d been carrying. The complimentary cupping was an awesome bonus and felt amazing.
What impressed me most was how refreshed I felt afterward. Even though it was only an hour, I left feeling completely rested and relaxed afterwards and still feeling amazing the morning after!“

3516 Fremont Pl N Ste d, Seattle“I recently visited this yoga studio and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The studio was clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, creating a relaxing environment that made it easy to focus and unwind. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and committed to making every participant feel comfortable.
The yoga instructor was highly skilled, patient, and knowledgeable. They explained each pose clearly, offered helpful guidance, and ensured that students of all experience levels could follow along comfortably. I especially appreciated their attention to proper technique and their encouragement throughout the session.
The quality of the classes was outstanding. The sessions were well structured, balancing stretching, strength, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. I left feeling refreshed, energized, and more focused. The instructor created a supportive atmosphere that encouraged both physical and mental well-being.
Another thing I appreciated was the studio’s strong focus on cleanliness and comfort. The practice area was spotless, the equipment was well maintained, and the overall environment felt calm and inviting. The peaceful setting made it easy to disconnect from daily stress and fully enjoy the class.“

I am forever grateful for her classes that got me out of my head and back into my body. And then she skillfully aligns the two - all in 60 minutes! 🩷“

I've dealt with some serious issues since childhood - I accidentally ingested paint thinner as a kid, and it affected my muscles and fascia for most of my life. I'm talking 60+ years of tightness and limited mobility.
Scott has genuinely helped me heal in ways I didn't think were possible. He's been able to break down the fascia and help my muscles move again. After all these years, I'm finally feeling like my body is actually healing from that early trauma.
This has been life-changing for me, and I give Scott a lot of credit for helping me get moving again.“

6521 Roosevelt Way NE, Seattle“I had a wonderful experience at shefayoga taking Ferrah’s Heated Power Vinyassa. The new student check-in and signing process was simple and quick, easy access lockers, and the studio is incredibly clean and secure.
The class itself was just what I needed to wake up and get grounded for the day. The temperature was perfect, and Ferrah really invites you to find moments of rest and play, while challenge you to discover your own strength through the challenge of the flow. This being my first hot yoga class in a year, I also felt completely comfortable to take a water break as needed.
Ferrah leads with authenticity and listens to the class through observation and checking in, and is flexible to adapt the practice to best meet the needs of the collective. I am excited to return to shefayoga soon!“

7345 35th Ave NE, Seattle“I would give Kim 6 out of 5 stars!!! She knew I was newly back to 8 Limbs, now a senior dealing with a total knee replacement and other joint issues. She takes time to guide me to modified poses that still give me a more than satisfactory experience. She greets everyone at the door and with a smile ask people how they are doing. She is thorough with understandable cues and has a sweet sense of humor. I am always happy when I leave class.“

124 Denny Wy, Seattle“Club Pilates in Queen Anne is warm, welcoming, and convenient with a core of good instructors. Easy to schedule, both because the app is good and because this studio often has space in classes. (I note one reviewer complained the workout is too easy-maybe so for them-it’s definitely not a boot camp environment. Or maybe they didn’t take time to test into the hardest level classes.)
For me it’s useful that Club Pilates QA offers classes that can be modified up or down as needed. They’ve helped me improve core strength and posture, and reduce joint pain from old sports injuries. I hear there is now free parking for members though I’m fortunate to live in walking distance. I also like having a membership level that allows me to use other Club Pilates studios when I travel. Reading back this review sounds like PR but I sincerely enjoy working out there, so it’s easy to keep consistent.“

Nate has been my primary and he's fantastic and amazing as is Benji who I have got to to work with as well! Highly recommend this amazing group! Even the owner spoken with me to reassure me he's got my back working on the authorization. It's a place where I go and feel. So welcome and relaxed!!“

“I had a horrible ankle break a year ago and really struggled through stability and strength recovery.
My wife found Sol. With very limited yoga experience and on a physical low I felt vulnerable and unsure. Sol has been wonderful… in addition to literally getting me back on my feet, it has helped me find calm, centered and recuperative space to support my body and mind more holistically.
I’ve loved Sarah and Evi’s classes and recently also been excited to join Cassidy’s . Everyone makes an effort to address me by name, answers questions well, and makes me feel at home in a place culturally and physically so foreign to me 🙏🏽“

3750 SW Alaska St, Seattle“I got to know of Breathe Hot Yoga through my friends and I got to say how amazing Hot Pilates classes this studio offers, especially with Thu as instructor. Thu’s Hot Pilates class is such a fun and energizing workout! She always brings great energy and a positive vibe to the room. Her playlist is full of high up beat remix tracks such as EDM that keep the pace strong and make the class fly by. Even though she’s fairly new to teaching, you can tell she genuinely cares about everyone in the room. She checks in, motivates us, and makes sure we push ourselves to limits.
Every session feels like a mix of cardio, strength, and fun!
I feel sweaty, challenging, and so satisfying.
If you love a fast paced yet fun class with a caring and energetic instructor, Thu’s class is definitely worth trying.
NOTE: the class does not allow phone for privacy purposes.“

2261 NE 65th St, Seattle“I joined the Thanksgiving Day practice at the studio and truly enjoyed Richard’s instruction. Iyengar yoga’s precision and use of props helped me experience each stretch more deeply, even as someone with a lot of tightness. Although I’ve practiced yoga at different studios for many years, this was the first time I felt an intense side stretch with both comfort and depth—thanks to the oversized yoga block. I didn’t want to leave the pose because it felt so supported and effective.
I also had the chance to practice with the yoga wall and ropes, with kind guidance from experienced students in the class. It made my Thanksgiving Day feel extra special.
Even if you don’t live near the Seattle Ravenna area where the studio is located and can’t commit to a weekly class, I still highly recommend joining the Thanksgiving Day practice.
I’m looking forward to learning more Iyengar yoga!“
