“This studio has been under new ownership since 2022 and I am blown away at how amazing the new owners are, full disclosure I have been a client and now am the GM. I LOVE each and every instructor, they all bring something different to the table whether you are wanting a high energy class or something a little more mellow. The community is phenomenal and while I don't live in MI they treat me like family. Love our friendly staff and welcoming community. Best job ever!“

I now have a specialized daily routine for my body in the way I care for my internal and external health. I feel so much better and she was able to guide me to change some habits I have had for most of my life that were no longer serving me. “ZenRock feels like home. :) It has a warm atmosphere, people, state of the art equipment, and rooms. I've been going there for the last three months (three times a week one-hour sessions) and have only great things to say. They really listen to you and help you achieve whatever goals you want at whatever fitness level you are at (including beginner). My own trainer (Mehdi Ansari) as well as all of the other trainers I witness there are super competent, knowledgeable, fun, and really dedicated to helping you. Mehdi has helped me lose weight, gain strength, confidence. Real results! He also trains my 13 year old son. He makes it so much fun for him too along with actual results. This place is so much better than other fitness places (I've tried big gyms in the past) because of the truly personal focus, fun, and privacy they give you. Highly recommended!!!! :)“

“I really liked yoga six, especially the sculpt and flow, but their class times are not spread out that well, sculpt and flow classes involve weight training along with yoga, there are no sculpt and flow classes after 6pm throughout the week, some of us need to finish work and get to the classes, 5:45pm classes are too early as we will have to leave work at 4:30 to attend them. It would be great if we had some of these classes at 7 pm as well. Otherwise they have really good staff, very lively training. It feels good to attend the classes“

“I've been studying under Tara for roughly two years now, taking both weekly online classes and her monthly workshops. Even though I live far from the studio I find the drive out to see her worth it. She creates a nurturing environment in her classes, I never feel like she forced me or anyone else into an uncomfortable or dangerous position. She is very understanding of yoga anatomy and how everyone's bodies are different and have different strengths and limitations, and she is able to guide you to your edge while not pushing you past that where you might injure yourself. I always feel very safe and comfortable taking classes with her. She herself is also an active student, learning to deepen her knowledge of the asanas and other limbs of yoga. She will bring back fresh perspectives and teachings that she's gathered from her own journeys and incorporate them into our classes, so they never get stale. I love iyengar yoga because of it's emphasis on form and alignment, and use of props. I feel iyengar yoga is the best way to learn yoga without risking injuries, you will really learn the asanas here, especially under Tara's expert guidance.“

“I love the mix of classes that this studio offers! My favorite is to do the Sculpt class which adds hand weights to modified Vinyasa, and then followed by Yin.The temperatures are good - the Vinyasa and Yin are done at reasonable warm temperatures which is very important to me. If you like that really hot stuff, the Hatha classes are there, but I never do them due to the heat.The facility is nice with an excellent sound system. I love it that there is a variety of music, even within the same class.All of the instructors have been very good. Special mention of Kelsey whose classes particularly resonate with me. Kelsey often does one small adjustment per person per class, and that has slowly improved my yoga practice.“

“Attending yoga classes at BendnMove has been a great addition to my routine the last few months. I started with zero knowledge of yoga or any idea what to expect, but Beth has made it very accessible to a novice like me. She has a very gentle approach and understands that I might not be able to yet do all of the things that more experienced practitioners of yoga can do, and gives me the space to struggle and learn at my own pace. “The studio has amazing massage therapists. I'd like the explicitly show my gratitude to Jenine and Micaia along with the support staff. Scheduling is easy, and they've helped me out with rescheduling. I'm a desk worker and semi competitive half marathoner so I need a lot of work for my daily health. Jenine gives excellent deep tissue work for my lower back and legs. Micaia uses a softer technique, at least for what I need for my neck and shoulders, while having me stretch and move during the massage. This is the best I've felt in years. Thank you so much!“

“Aditi has the best prenatal yoga classes I’ve taken. They are consistent, well informed, gentle and safe. You can tell that the women who take them are healthy and happy in their pregnancy. I recently learned that you don’t get that at some other established prenatal classes in the area. I recommend this yoga studio to anyone and everyone.“
