19122 Beardslee Blvd #101, Bothell“I really enjoyed this studio. My core usually never gets sore, but after trying their reformer class, I was definitely feeling it the next day or 2 after! I like the challenge of slowing down and feeling the mind muscle body connection. The trainers seem knowledgeable about how to process or modify movements if available. I also like that there’s yoga classes on the schedule and I look forward to trying those too. I’d suggest trying to book reformer classes because they can get popular and some people will eventually fall off the waitlist.“
“Nice place. Feels like it is more cardio oriented with focus on exercises with your own body mass. I’m training with Zeke, he is a great, knowledgeable personal trainer.“
“Club Pilates SLU is amazing! Everyone is so welcoming, the instructors are supportive and motivating, and I'm never not challenged. The stress-relief I get from my classes is super helpful and I swear I feel stronger after each class. I'm so glad I found this studio!“
“I love the wonderful variety of teachers and classes that 8 Limbs offers!!! I also love the sense of community I feel between the participants, I look forward to seeing familiar faces.“

“My 4 year old son did a dance camp this August and we are now in weekly classes because he loved it so much. He still does his routine that he learned from camp and his only complaint is classes are too short. He loves it and I love the flexibility for different styles, times, makeups, etc. Cheers!“

She has great technique, appropriate pressure, and is very knowledgeable on modalities. Highly professional and highly rated. I'm glad I found her!!“

I would even say life changing… Jenna is a great listener and knows exactly what to do (tapping, cupping, acupuncture, craniosacral) in the sessions based off the feelings or physical pain that surface & Kaia is also the best presence to have around ?“

18047 NE 68th St Suite B-100, Redmond“ZenRock feels like home. :) It has a warm atmosphere, people, state of the art equipment, and rooms. I've been going there for the last three months (three times a week one-hour sessions) and have only great things to say. They really listen to you and help you achieve whatever goals you want at whatever fitness level you are at (including beginner). My own trainer (Mehdi Ansari) as well as all of the other trainers I witness there are super competent, knowledgeable, fun, and really dedicated to helping you. Mehdi has helped me lose weight, gain strength, confidence. Real results! He also trains my 13 year old son. He makes it so much fun for him too along with actual results. This place is so much better than other fitness places (I've tried big gyms in the past) because of the truly personal focus, fun, and privacy they give you. Highly recommended!!!! :)“
“This is a great space for practice in all senses, and Troy is an amazing teacher with deep knowledge and an admirable skill attending to each student and supporting where they are in their own practice.“

2712 Eastlake Ave E, Seattle“I must admit, I haven't had much success with yoga classes or gyms. But, at Union Pilates, I found my place. The classes are tiny so it's the ideal balance of a group experience and 1 on 1 guidance. The owner, Ashley, is paying attention to you and offering relevant, specific guidance without the focus being totally on you. I LOVED it and plan to go back on a regular basis. It truly was the most comfortable, motivating and useful fitness class I've ever had. Hot tip- wear form fitting clothes.“

6AM - 12:30PM
7425 166th Ave NE c245, Redmond“I really liked yoga six, especially the sculpt and flow, but their class times are not spread out that well, sculpt and flow classes involve weight training along with yoga, there are no sculpt and flow classes after 6pm throughout the week, some of us need to finish work and get to the classes, 5:45pm classes are too early as we will have to leave work at 4:30 to attend them. It would be great if we had some of these classes at 7 pm as well. Otherwise they have really good staff, very lively training. It feels good to attend the classes“

5220 12th Ave NE, Seattle“I've been studying under Tara for roughly two years now, taking both weekly online classes and her monthly workshops. Even though I live far from the studio I find the drive out to see her worth it. She creates a nurturing environment in her classes, I never feel like she forced me or anyone else into an uncomfortable or dangerous position. She is very understanding of yoga anatomy and how everyone's bodies are different and have different strengths and limitations, and she is able to guide you to your edge while not pushing you past that where you might injure yourself. I always feel very safe and comfortable taking classes with her. She herself is also an active student, learning to deepen her knowledge of the asanas and other limbs of yoga. She will bring back fresh perspectives and teachings that she's gathered from her own journeys and incorporate them into our classes, so they never get stale. I love iyengar yoga because of it's emphasis on form and alignment, and use of props. I feel iyengar yoga is the best way to learn yoga without risking injuries, you will really learn the asanas here, especially under Tara's expert guidance.“

1815 N 45th St #205, Seattle“Aditi has the best prenatal yoga classes I’ve taken. They are consistent, well informed, gentle and safe. You can tell that the women who take them are healthy and happy in their pregnancy. I recently learned that you don’t get that at some other established prenatal classes in the area. I recommend this yoga studio to anyone and everyone.“

13317 NE 175th St C, Woodinville“I just started attending Root 2 Rose after moving to the area. WOW. I’m blown away by the balance of depth and levity in the classes and the calm, grounding energy of each teacher. I’ve felt seen, empowered, and free in each class, no matter the form of yoga I’m practicing that day. Anyone looking for a studio with a blend of yoga styles including Yin (my favorite!) may want to give Root 2 Rise a try! I look forward to many days spent in practice at Root 2 Rise. :)“
“I've been doing private pilates lessons at the Greenlake studio and I am SO impressed! After just 2 sessions my back feels better than ever. My instructor Kristina is very knowledgeable about the body and exercise, gives great cues, and really has a sharp eye for noticing asymmetry or if you're engaging the wrong muscle for the exercise. Feels very safe during COVID as well. Looking forward to more!“

I LOVE each and every instructor, they all bring something different to the table whether you are wanting a high energy class or something a little more mellow. The community is phenomenal and while I don't live in MI they treat me like family. Love our friendly staff and welcoming community. Best job ever!“
“We enjoyed yoga on beacon hill! Got more of a workout in then we expected. We would recommend this cute little place in beacon hill. Peter was welcoming and full of energy.“

“I would say I am a mid-level in in terms of yoga experience, and I have been to quite a few studios. I’m going to say this is the best yoga studio I’ve ever been to. It’s a very welcoming space, nice lobby area, a generous bathroom with two showers (for women’s not sure about men’s), and a decent sized room that’s a good hot temp that gets you going but not dying. All the instructors so far have been great, and my favorite is Steve. He leads the free class on Saturdays at noon. Seriously, the best kept secret in Kirkland! My absolute favorite part about the studio is that they give you a cold lavender towel at the end of class, as you relax into your final Shavasana.Lastly, I feel like the people that come here are pretty chill. I would say there’s a lot more diversity at this studio than I’ve seen at others, in terms of background, age, as well as skill level/experience.The only sort of annoying thing is their website / sign up - sometimes it’s clunky or doesn’t work for me. When that happens I just show up and the staff are always lovely and accommodating. I’ve never been turned away!Okay that’s all this place rocks!“
