1815 N 45th St #205, Seattle“Aditi has the best prenatal yoga classes I’ve taken. They are consistent, well informed, gentle and safe. You can tell that the women who take them are healthy and happy in their pregnancy. I recently learned that you don’t get that at some other established prenatal classes in the area. I recommend this yoga studio to anyone and everyone.“

“Phenomenal space, teachers, community, light, music and heat! This is a wonderful place to not only practice but to meet a lot of great people. I LOVE it here and feel lucky to have found it. It's a special studio with a unique vibe and energy. HIGHLY recommend!“
“Mid 40's and more fit than I've been in my life -- strength, body tone, and flexibility -- thanks to Knotty Yoga. I have great results attending only 2 or 3 hour-long classes each week, and have gained new physical skills that I never thought I could, e.g. rope climbing, acro, stretching, fabric, etc. Mason's a great instructor, thoroughly trained in fitness and massage, adapts classes and guidance to everyone's individual capabilities, and makes them fun and social. Classes are fast paced, varied, and strenuous, but not intensely tough or competitive. You'll get to know other regular attendees (aged 20s thru 50s), and have fun encouraging each other as you swiftly improve.“

13293 Newcastle Commons Dr, Newcastle“I had the best massage with Julian! Verde is such a clean, warm space. The vibe is upscale and modern, and super welcoming. Angela at reception was so great to meet and very helpful! She gave me a ton of info about everything Verde offers, and for someone who really hasn't been great at physical wellness, I'm very curious to check things out. I'll update when I try the other services! I definitely recommend checking things out yourself, my first massage was discounted and if I wanted to try out a yoga class, I could join my first one free to see if it's something I want to continue - why not? They already have the yoga mats! ?“

“I’ve been going to this hot yoga studio for a few months now and have really loved it! At the end of each class, I always feel refreshed and the yoga flow always helps get the aches out of my joints. I do a lot of sports - running, climbing, hiking, and swimming. At the end of each week, hot yoga helps me recover and prevent injuries.Steve is my favorite instructor I’ve had for any hot yoga class. He has amazing energy, is always kind and supportive, and leads classes that leave me feeling refreshed and inspired. I also feel that Amy is wonderful and so kind - I’ve really enjoyed her hatha classes.I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 5 because I’ve taken a handful of classes with Joyce, and I don’t feel that she is very friendly. There have been multiple times that she’s called me out or snapped at me in class for doing a variation of a pose instead of what she precisely instructed. It makes the class feel rigid and stressful. She hasn’t cared to learn my name or to give me any positive encouragement. I decided I won’t take her classes anymore cause I always feel stressed out at the end of them. The instructors sort of make or break your experience, and most of my experiences at this studio have been positive, and I do plan on continuing to come back.“
