Came here originally to heal ailing back problems. It's now become my personal mission to go here once or twice a week. Keeps my head in the game.Ben and Jume are my favorites!
Warm and welcoming. Great place to go for any age or body type. The instructors are kind and caring and are great about offering a variety of choices within each pose to accommodate every student.
Patient, attentive and informative. He'll adjust to your level and still challenge you and encourage growth. If you want a no pressure, high encouragement gym, this is it. Your comfort level, your pace, your success.
