l've been a member of Life Time at The Bravern for several years, and it continues to be one of my favorite gyms. The facility is clean, well maintained, and offers excellent equipment and amenities.
What really sets this club apart for me is the group fitness program. Classes are available throughout the day, from early morning through the evening, with a great variety of options. The instructors are exceptional, energetic, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping members succeed.

This Lifetime needs some work compared to the other Lifetime's I visit on a regular based in Houston. It's small and underwellming, but that's alright. The biggest issue compared to other Lifetime's is the staff are rude and unwelcoming especially the trainers. I've had several instances where trainers were very rude when it came to the use of equipment. Simple questions of whether equipment that was not being used gets a response of NO, all equipment is for class use. I'm a member and we have the right to use equipment when it's not being used. Attitude at this Lifetime by staff sucks!
Came back to this gym after ~2 years and couldn’t be happier. Doug is the best trainer I’ve worked with anywhere - knowledgeable, capable, and genuinely empathetic.
