Her classes are well-thought-out with a cohesive, choreographed feel, appropriate to her background as a professional dancer. After her class my body and mind are at their harmonious, energized best. Ronly is a gift and an asset to Vashon Island.“
“Jennifer is an excellent therapist. She is patient, listens well and uses exercises that strengthens the muscles in my leg. I would highly recommend her!“
“I have had a few massages at other establishments before and while they were relaxing, I didn't find them therapeutic long term. After coming here I was shocked at how good I feel. Leg pain I had been dealing with for months were basically gone after the first session. Was even given helpful information on stretches to do afterwords. Can't recommend this place highly enough.“

The instructors help students individually by offering modifications to make poses easier or more difficult based upon the student’s abilities and goals. Sound Yoga is a very welcoming place where emotional and physical wellness are the focus.“
“Hawthorne Massage & Self Care is excellent. Heather is experienced, highly professional & an awesome person. I have been a regular client for 4+ years & I cannot say enough great things. 22021 7th Ave S #3, Des Moines“Kim has such knowledge from many different modalities and amazing healing powers. I walked in yesterday with horrible hip pain and couldn’t even walk up a flight of stairs at home. She worked on me with such focus for 90 minutes and I left being able to hop in my car and drive home pain free! I woke this morning and felt back to normal with no pain walking up the stairs and going about my daily routine. Now that’s true healing. Thank you, Kim“
“Much love and respect to Robin and her trainings which expanded my understanding of yoga as a therapy, philosophy and lifestyle. Blessings to you!“
“Elizabeth gives amazing massages and is very knowledgeable about bodywork. I have always felt relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards, and her craniosacral work melts away the tension and feeling of stress.“
9AM - 8:30PM
3750 SW Alaska St, Seattle“Great studio and community. Instructors go extra to learn names, give recognition during class and make you feel welcomed. A good variety of offerings, including extra events like sound&gong bath, fascia yoga. I would love to see breath work and guided meditation. The hot pilates classes, like mat HIIT, seem to be the most popular. I always try to get to class early to get properly sized equipment, if your on-time you might be stuck with whatever is left. You'll also get great views of the fire station across the street.“
“Attending yoga classes at BendnMove has been a great addition to my routine the last few months. I started with zero knowledge of yoga or any idea what to expect, but Beth has made it very accessible to a novice like me. She has a very gentle approach and understands that I might not be able to yet do all of the things that more experienced practitioners of yoga can do, and gives me the space to struggle and learn at my own pace. I highly recommend anyone who is thinking about trying yoga to schedule some time and try it out at BendnMove!“

21915 Marine View Dr S, Des Moines“Such a warm and welcoming studio in a convenient downtown Des Moines location. Liz, owner and one of the instructors, is wonderful. I hadn't done a hot class in almost 15 years and was made to feel right at home anyway.“
“Great classes, and the energy work is amazing. The space is comfortable and feels welcoming. Joel is an incredible instructor and my first practice was so invigorating. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. Definitely check this out if youre looking to start somewhere“

The studio is clean and everyone is kind. The owner, Faith, is incredible and teaches with compassion and acceptance. I also particularly love any class with Ki! Flow & Restore is the best. If you haven't tried out this studio - you ought to!“

3900 SW Alaska St, Seattle“I was a member here for a while and loved it then, was back for a visit and went back for a few days and nothing had changed. The staff is kind and super helpful, shouts out to Quinn for all the help. Any naysayers are just being whiny.“
“I started seeing Kael through an initial consultation and moved into the 3 month program. She is absolutely fantastic, she radiates positivity and compassion. When I first started seeing her I was in a really dark place mentally. I had self-doubt, tons of constant negative self-talk and felt that I was floundering in life. In that short 3 month program I used new methods and techniques learned with Kael about identifying root thoughts or moments and developed compassion for myself. I reconnected with my inner strength and living each day with self-love. I could not recommend her enough! It’s life changing.“
